For this second day of Vlogmas, I travelled from Cebu City to Bantayan Island for more than 5 hours!

Although I never took a v-hire on a long-distance travel but I guess the P50 charge for a luggage is reasonable as it takes up space from a van that is already cramped and the weight also affects vehicle's speed. Just like in planes. Buses don't charge luggage because they have higher weight capacity and as long as the luggage doesn't occupy a passenger's seat. Porters in Santa Fe has no standard fee but P50 to P200 is reasonable depending on the weight and volume of the luggage carried by the porter.

Enjoy your Bantayan and splurge on scallops they're so cheap and available anywhere. Enjoy the unlimited seafood buffet available at few restaurants in Santa Fe downtown. Seafood is cheap in Santa Fe so take advantage of it.

galing kami lastweek lang, nag van din kami pabalik ng cebu city and hindi kami singil ng additional sa luggage. 4 kami and 3 ang maleta namin. btw enjoy po :) punta kayo virgin island :)

may dagdag na bayad kpag alam nila na dayo ka sa kanila or prang tingin nila yayamanin😅 ganyan talaga yung ibang driver kapag gusto rumaket
You should buy lots of dried fish in Bantayan main town, about a few minutes jeepney ride rom Santa Fe. It's very cheap and freshly made. I think it's 50% cheaper or less than in Taboan Market in Cebu City.

hi Jm loving your vlog, plan to go to Bantayan on March as my treat for myself on my golden bday..just want to check where can i find the bus schedule as well as the ferry going to Bantayan Island
For the bus trip 1am onwards going to hagnaya and nasa sm city cebu ang bus station and when you are in hagnaya port ferry schedule is as early as 1am and last trip going to the island is 5:30pm everyday.
