This has definitely been a huge labour of love. An amazing self build pond, massive credit to the owner who has done so much of this pond on his own.
The pond runs on one bottom drain which is filtered by a Nexus 320

Nice build that, beautiful fish.
Lovely pond mate you have done a fantastic job 👍👍👍
Well done, Lee, Love the fish. Thanks for sharing.
After so long of watching Tim's videos for info/ideas, when the day came of watching the fish go in it was a great buzz ... Francis the chag was eating from my hand from day 1
Love Chag's, got 4 of them! Lol
Fantastic job good call on an outside air switch , stunning shusui strange fish but get a good 1 and there stunning ,
Got the idea for the switch after watching endless videos of Tim's
Peeps falling around the filter house to turn off the air for a clear look .... seemed logical
Boss la
Another great job you can see the owner got the bug 👍
Definitely lol
Do you have an update on this pond? I'd like to see how the owner fill out those planter baskets in the back of his wall. It is an idea my wife wants me to incorporate.
There will be one coming soon
Hi Tim it’s Davy Roys brother from Elmesthorpe Leicester
just thought I would ask how those ponds in Florida are doing after that tornado all the best mate keep up the good work
Had a few updates mate and fingers crossed everyone is fine. A few updates last night on messenger though, didn’t look good at all
Some serious cash on this one. Super nice build, can't believe he did it all himself. How long did it take him to do? or did you say that?
He said 18months
Looks great👍 is the window in a frame or straight onto the blockwork?
No it’s on a stainless frame 👍🏻
Glass thickness ?
why don't you add the water that the fish were transported in to the pond ?? Is to avoid possible differences in 'quality' ?
I have no issue adding the water. It won’t cause any issues. I really only do it like this because of people on CZcams moan when I put the water in.
@@TimWaddington you can't really win then. I did wonder as Ive seen the clarity of the water at your place and couldn't understand why you did what you did.
@@mucky1957. exactly, it wouldn’t make a single bit of difference. I think it comes from tropical fish where people do that. Small body of water
