When looking at model homes, remember its just a model. You are able to choose your lot, your appliances, countertops, cabinet colors, etc. House #1 has the perfect space for you and your growing family!

House number one because, it’s way bigger so lots of room for more kids , has a pool, it looks pretty amazing lol , that master bedroom 😍😍
House 3 no to dark. House 2 kid friendly. But 1 more open to make kid friendly.

I am so proud of you Dominic just by watching your videos you encourage so many mothers. Thank you for showing so many different parts of your life cuz life is very precious. Your son is getting so big I'm just like wow look at you now, I remember when he was first born when I first seen your video when you were in the hospital. Wow look at you. You go girl.
If I were in your situation, I would still consider having a pool. You live in one of the hottest states and you already know domonic loves it and would get great use out of it. Plus it's good for entertaining guests for birthday parties or cookouts. Keep the kids in swimming lessons and make sure all kids are accompanied by adults while in the pool. You can also get a locked gate around it to make sure it's safe. Obviously you can make whatever choice you're feeling, but just a thought since you mentioned domonic would spend a lot of time using a pool. Like if I think back on my childhood, I would've loved to have a pool even more than having a play set.

First one wins. The rooms looks small because the beds were huge. The yard was the biggest. Fence in the pool. Wick will love growing up with a pool.
