Could be either for Mark, but we do know from Leaks from 2 years ago that there plenty of voice line recorded with Kevin referencing joker and other characters

This might be THE last project Mark and Kevin ever worked together on, unless DC is hiding any other last minute pairings.
Personally I think the whole situation is the perfect setup for a Live Action Joker story: Mark Hamill reprises his role as The Joker for a live action outing, wherein The Joker is mourning the death of his Batman, whom had died to a disease he had caught while in the line of duty, lamenting how his arch-enemies’s final death came about without his involvement whatsoever, and is trying to decide if it’s even WORTH being a supervillain anymore without Batman tailing him… With the Plot Twist being that, at the end of the story, Joker winds up being tossed into The Multiverse, and decides to start his own personal Arkham Asylum for other variants of himself that had all lost THEIR Batmen too and were too adrift because of it.
They'll also be in Crisis on infinite earths part 3 as their Batman animated series versions

How many coins do characters cost again?
So, how does Multiverses work exactly? Are all the characters that are added, or gonna be added, free from the start, or will they need to be purchased via DLC and microtransactions? I'm asking because I never played the original, and it disappeared before I could get the chance. And seeing how it's returning on consoles like the PS5, I want to know before I download the game when it's released.
You can get characters with gold just by playing and that's it, the skins will be obtained in another way
You can pay money to get tickets to unlock everyone, or grind the game to get gold to unlock them. They also used to constantly rotate the characters that were free to try out.

The online servers were shut down but they said back then that they planned to bring it back this year as they were exiting the beta phase of MVS.
It was shutdown as “maintenance” to bring it out of the open beta stage. The game was a beta until this point.
It was just the Beta dude why everyone can't understand that?

@@lordyoda9382Because folks were pissy about the servers shutting down last year and some folks spent around 100 bucks supporting them and they couldn't do online fights or alike for a year after the shutdown.
@@dnmstarsiit was a beta. Now the game is actually coming out.
@@TheBlakamon15 Except that betas usually don't ask people for money like $10-20 for a costume or $100 for some huge bundle.
It was a beta and Player First games also said that everything players bought would be returned
