My wife has been in Hospital Administration (Credentialing, Executive Assistant to CEO and CMOs) now for over 15 years. She is such a hard worker and has tons of good connections within the healthcare industry. She is currently working for a staffing agency that is very active in outsourcing and laying off their workers. They slashed performance bonuses (that we depended on a great deal) and she just feels lucky to have a job and works every day just being scared she will be next on the chopping block. I really want to help her start her own staffing/credentialing business but I have no clue where to even begin. We have looked at a couple franchises but they have high investment requirements and territorial limits. I don't think you have to be a nurse or ex-nurse to do this business but I am determined to help her succeed. She works so hard making other people money and I want to help her make her own legacy.

This is a very niche-down business, and will surely work on your advantage. Any industry that booms will sooner or later be saturated, and yeah, niching down is the game-changer.

From what I saw it was 2500 for a 6 week course & 5000 for something else...BUT THEN AT THE TOP I SAW FINANCING FOR 28,000!!! I don't know what that price is for and I'm not knocking ANYBODYS hustle but that is steep for me but I just love her energy!

Can I do an all in one staffing. Like medical, warehouse, etc or do I have to have one niche. Do I also gotta have a building to operate a staffing company in Georgia or Florida?
Best just focus on one industry plus workers compensation for industrial is high like 40 percent plus most manufacturers companies not going pay that much.
I use to work for a staffing company who employed people for all types of fields. So yes it's possible

"Niching" down was very helpful for me. Like Catie said, it is very obvious to do now. Not only can it be easier to get into facilities, it will be much cheaper to market. I have a background in SEO, Marketing and advertising; broad keywords are (usually) more expensive than specific keywords.

Working on my RRT agency as well! She's really not breaking it down on how to get started! We need to know which structure and how to go about, how to go about a agency license, how much are we charging the client and employees, what percentage is taxes being taken out, etc..
