This trick allows the mission to be completed much quicker than normal.
Explanation: If we exit the vehicle at the start and steal one of the Triad gang cars we can get to the Yardie base much faster as both gang vehicles are faster cars. Equally, it means fewer of the Triads will chase us and we do not have to deal with them, it's a lot easier to evade them. These particular gang vehicles can also take much more damage without breaking down. Even head-on collisions with other cars will not cause them to generate smoke. Note that the tires can still be punctured with bullets, however.
Once at the base, if we park the vehicle behind the broken-down car at the entrance in a specific way this will block the Triads from entering the base. All we then have to do is quickly kill the Yardie gang member that's inside the building holding a shotgun. Once he dies and we get to the exit point at the front of the base the mission is completed. The mission is coded in a way that does not mean you have to kill all the enemies, only the guy in the building. As long as he dies and we reach the exit point alive then the mission will be completed successfully.

Read the description to understand how this trick works. Basically, all you need to do is kill the Yardie with the shotgun in the house and then get to the exit to complete the mission, none of the other gangsters need to be killed. Parking the car diagonally behind the broken car at the entrance blocks the Triads from entering the base.

Dude...I'm sure I could find the VHS tape that I recorded this game on back in the day at my dad's place. I always parked the car blocking the way into the lot so that it would be easier to kill all the guys inside

Hostage first. A better method is to bring as many as the opps as possible. They will killed each other to the point you only have to shoot the person out of the window. Roll grab a hostage and go behind container as backup. They killed each other. Free aim any out of the windows.
