The tips in this video are amazing, but the way you pronounce shyish keeps me coming back to smile. Truly two countries separated by a common language.
Just wanted to say thank you so much for you videos. I was out for the hobby for 20th arts and never really was a very good painter. But since starting up again from January this year your videos have been a godsend. You have massively upped my painting game and I have more confidence to try my own methods built up from your skills, techniques and colour composition.
Thank you again 😊👍🏻
YES!! Decided after a few of your Khorne vids were posted I'd start painting my Khorne models once my Soulblight army is finished. This vid has guaranteed that project is next.
Well that sounds awesome to me, Kane!
Thank you so much for creating content like this. It’s videos like these that help me in painting my minis! Please keep the videos like these coming
That is a awesome model. My buddy has 3 of them
Yes yes and more yes’s than you can get from when Harry met Sally! Will be making a copy of this one buddy!
Amazing, I look forward to seeing how you get on with it.
Warhipster is my favorite painter on CZcams … he really has amazing content … I’m currently painting 3 bloodthirsters using this technique!
This is so cool!
This model is insane :0 great work!
Thank you so much!
Yet another fantastic painting video…thank you Josh
Thank you Mark!
Amazing work, i am in LOVE ;)
Love the videos great how it’s painted my first slaanesh deamonette the other day after starting to get into 40K one thing I would add might help people learning is maybe next to the paints you put at the screen for each part also putting the preferred brush sizes used as well :) but absolutely love the videos
Thank you so much and that's really cool to hear! I shall try to add brush sizes in the future.
Love the way you did the flames on this one.
Thanks Mark!
Bloody brilliant!
Haha, cheers bud!
Man you are awesome
Haha, you're too kind!
I purchased this model for my birthday 2 weeks ago and have started to follow this vlog. I don't have all the colours yet, i do have most of the layer paints though.
I will be getting all the paints from a couple of your vlogs as i have a good few models to paint, I have also found this method of painting quite a quick method of painting and hopefully it will take my painting to the next level without to much stress lol thanks for your great content and keep them coming please.
The models that i own at the moment are as follows.
Spacewolves, Stormcast Eternals (old version), Thousand Sons, Ultramarines, a box of Goff 'Ard Boys, Bloodthirster, Archaon and some Blades of Khorne oh and the body with the head and one wing of Magnus the Red (missing some parts mainly armour, tabard, a wing, book and weapons).
Thank you again for some great content, and i will be looking out for many more to follow Dave...
what an awesome centrepiece Archaeon next perhaps?
Maybe not next, but perhaps one day!
Dear Warhipster did you have some tip to paint Khorne bloodcrushers? I have problem whith Juggernauts
it would personaly help me alot if you could show the mixed paints, to see the color you aim for
I shall try to remember to do that in the future Posy, thanks for the suggestion!
@@Warhipster awesome thank you!
No worries! 😁
Great.
No you’re great!
Oh man did this come out a beaut!
Thanks Dave!
What a great paint job!
I ask, why you don't use the concept of sub-assemblies?
I've painted a few & on this one in particular, might it be a bit easier to paint that complex breast plate with the hands & axe not on the model? They can be assembled after the area if fully painted.
You do great work, my question is strictly informational.
I painted one of these a couple of years ago, and left the axe off till the end, which made painting the breast plate so much easier. I've not seen Warhipster do a sub-assembly before though. This video has made me want to buy another Bloodthirster to paint.
Thanks Christopher! It basically just comes down to personal preference, I've never really bothered with sub-assemblies so I tend not to use them. There's the odd model, like Teclis and Szarekh the Silent King where I did but generally speaking they're not something I use.
Watching your Be’lakor video made me get slaves to Darkness, now I want Blades of Khorne along with a Bloodthirster. I went out and bought Be’lakor, and a Start Collecting: Slaves to Darkness, now you’re going to make me buy a Blades of Khorne, a Blood Thirster, and a start collecting Daemons of Khorne Box. GW should put you on the payroll Hipster, they need someone to replace Duncan.
Would white scar work better as a primer here than wraith bone?
I don't have Blood Angels Red, but I do have Baal Red. Could that be a nice substitute for it?
Cheers! What was that intro song? I’m a big doom metal guy. That was heavy
Can you do some more space marines pls and how you build them pls !!!!
I'll probably do more Space Marines once they get some new models, which no doubt won't be hugely long!
One of my favorite greater demons but one of my least favorite poses.
Expect a dm from on your instagram when skarbrand is finnished its awsome
