I love you mentioned Moto Guzzi. I had one in the UK, 850 Le Mans, was 18, and the oil leaks, the brakes, 'forced' dad to buy me a BMW 100R. Took it to France, Italy, not one problem. The lovely thing was, took a Yami FJ1250 out to waste some time, took it up on a crazy Brit country backroad whilst the BM was getting checked out, missed a tractor. Did 155mph rather easily.

This is my wife's bike, she loves it but not as much as her new V2, it has been basically sitting since the V2 come to the garage. She managed to put on it 25,000kms without any major problems (replaced the rear blinker 3 times), the engine at idle sounds like a concrete mixer at work.

Is it stock exhaust or aftermarket one?

It's a beautiful piece of Italian lunacy. I've just bought a 2017 one, passenger ? no provision, none. luggage provision ? absolutely none. fuel gauge ? don't be ridiculous. Battery ? completely inaccessible (under the tank). Space to easily mount anything with tubular mounts on the bars ? none. Underseat storage for a mini tool kit ? loads, only kidding, none. God I love it.

I appreciate when a review can talk about what is wrong and right.got this bike in Grey a few months ago and I can agree with what she is saying,Good review! Thank you.
Also, is the whole ring around the head light working on that bike? The bottom center does not work on mine, was wondering if there is a way to turn it on.

Cali Moto TV thanks for replying, and can I ask how do you compare it with the Monster 821? Thank you!

I have a S1000R. It has 20 more horsepower and 200 more CCs. Very different. Compare this to a FZ09.

Don't take it personally. In their new bike showroom, they tend to do that. Go to the pre-owned section and they'll be very helpful. (I even rolled up on a BMW...)
