The gulps are like fish crack. They also work very well in the bay. I even caught a catfish with one in a lake.

Going deep sea fishing for rock fish... they usually set up with dropper loops, I'm interested in trying dropshot instead... what do you think?

I like drop shots when you want more control when jigging and avoid tangle. Personally, I’d have two rods ready for both to see what works at the time. Good luck!
