- We have a Twit Look at the recently released Nepgya DLC for Megadimension Neptunia VII!
Megadimension Neptunia Victory II is the first Neptunia game from the series to be released on the PS4 (Though for some reason it's not Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory II). This will be recorded at 60fps to take advantage of CZcams's Higher bitrate!
Megadimension Neptunia Victory II's story continues after the events of Mk2 and Victory. Gamindustri is the the midst of the 'CPU Shift' period and the CPUs become worried that they will soon be replaced as CPUs. During this troubling time Nep and Nepgear vanish and find themselves in Zero Dimension where they meet Uzume.

Nepgya is an adorable little cinnamon roll. Nepgear is already a cute awkward bundle of adorableness. Add that with a pinch of outgoing bubblieness, and you have Nepgya. Omg she's cute without a doubt. Even if she does watch you while your sleep.

THis is the best concept for a DLC character in the history of gaming, a slightly spazy version of nepgear. Compile heart out did themselves with this one.

Actually, Nepgya is VERY useful in the game, since when you're alone in Hyper Dimension, you actually cheat the system and have 2 characters fighting instead of 1.
Playing on switch, and figured I'd get dlc for the game. Nepgya and Umio were one of the first packs I got, since the other characters aren't usable until a certain arc. Of course, I also picked up the ultimate weapon pack. Eventually, I just bought every dlc, because I had the money to spare. Even the joke weapons. The 5 mov was kinda worth it, because they had enough STR to one shot, as is.
Currently solo leveling Nepgya, since I can't get her a better weapon rn.
For a while, I just gave Umio the plant bracelet, and stuck him in the back of my party, but then I realized I was sleeping on him, and his chad AGI, as well as his Freezing Beam. So I gave him the Bloodthirsty Rosary, since his "combo" is like, 3 weak hits, at his current level.
Where can you get Nepgeardam and Umio in the game after getting the DLC? I guess Umio may be unlocked at the Zero Dimension Arc, but not sure when during the story. If so, what levels they start at? I'm planning on making a game for unlockable characters with default levels, like I did for Re;Birth 1, 2, and 3
Umio is paided dlc i think. as for nepgeardam it is the same as Nepgear just level her up.

Almost 2 minutes in, and already I find Nepgya boring.
