OMG I LOVE THIS 🤩 the original Tenchi Muyo series was the anime that got me into anime way back in the 90s so this is a nice nostalgia trip. Fantastic editing job tho! it really feels like it could be a professionally made MV for the show! and that rapping Ryo-ohki is just perfect 😆👏
This was also the series that first got me into anime (aside from Sailor Moon)! Back in those days I had to go to Suncoast Video and purchase the VHS tapes 4 episodes at a time, this was way before Toonami. It blewew my mind that animated cartoons could depict normallay-proportioned adults talking about things like romance, space battles, Japanese shrines, mechs, and have a killer soundtrack and gorgeous backgrounds to boot. One of the GOATs of the time period for sure.
