Wonder if the filter malfunctioned from being hooked to the other tach first...or they're both just junk. Hard to say.

I believe that in order for it to run correctly it has to be in 4 cylinder mode if it's a V8

I contacted Glowshift and told them each cylinder selection I tried and my vehicle/engine/ignition. The only suggestion they gave me was to try w/o the filter. Unless you are you thinking 4 stroke and not cylinder but I am pretty sure the directions said cylinder as most tachs are that way.

What's wrong with fixing the factory tach if it died? I would not run with a digital but that's just me cause I like to see the needle sweep.

Factory tach works just a bit glitchy. I don't like the factory two digit tach or it's curved bar. I wanted to try a four digit digital to see if I like that better but as you can see I couldn't.

these gauges are fuckin garbage! I just posted a video of mine and I'm not happy at all! such a big waste of time and money!
