    Why not 3d print the molds for these parts to be made with forged carbon fibre ? Most 3d printed plastics are really weak and even carbon filament is nowhere near as strong as continuous fibres or woven fibres with epoxy resin.

    Never gonna be great geometry is wrong and the drive shaft will shake it apart.

      There are only diff to wheel drive shafts, they look to be bought and made of metal? Im confused by your remark.
