well said👏...truly an eye opener..generation മാറുന്നതിന് അനുസരിച്ച് നമുടെ education system കൂടി മാറേണ്ടതുണ്ട് ... എല്ലാത്തിലും A+ വാങ്ങണം എന്ന് മാത്രമല്ല കുട്ടികളെ പഠിപ്പിക്കേണ്ടത്... അതിനപ്പുറം അതി വിശാലമായി കിടക്കുന്ന അനേകം അവസരങ്ങളെ പറ്റി അവരെ മുന്നേ തന്നെ ബോധവാന്മാരാക്കണം ... എന്നാലേ അവർ അതിന് വേണ്ടി മുന്നേ തന്നെ പരിശ്രമിച്ച് തുടങ്ങുകയും സ്വപ്നം കാണാൻ തുടങ്ങുകയും ചെയ്യുള്ളൂ ... As a student... 10 th കഴിഞ്ഞതിന് ശേഷമാണ് entrance exams നെ പറ്റിയും IIT കളെ പറ്റിയും ഞാൻ കൂടുതൽ മനസ്സിലാക്കിയത്... എന്റെ മിക്ക friends നും ഇങ്ങനെ തന്നെയാണ് ... JEE ഒക്കെ സാധാരണക്കാരായ കുട്ടികൾക്ക് പറഞ്ഞിട്ടുള്ളതല്ല എന്ന രീതിയിലാണ് ഞങ്ങൾ കേട്ടിട്ടുള്ളത് ... Coaching centre ഇൽ പോയി പഠിക്കാനുള്ള സാഹചര്യം ഇല്ലാത്തതു കൊണ്ട് തന്നെ മിടുക്കരായ സാധാരണക്കാരായ കുട്ടികൾ ആ സ്വപ്നം വേണ്ടന്ന് വെക്കുന്നു🙂... മാറേണ്ടത് നമുടെ വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ രംഗമാണ് ... ചെറുപ്പം മുതലേ തന്നെ കുട്ടികളെ A+ വാങ്ങാൻ മാത്രം പഠിപ്പിക്കാതെ entrance exams ന് വേണ്ടി കൂടി Prepare ആക്കണം ... ഇതു പോലുള്ള initiative അതിന് ഒരു തുടക്കം ആവട്ടെ എന്ന് ആശംസിക്കുന്നു ...🙌 May all your dreams come true ❤️ we all expect a change..

You can extrapolate this to most of the fields.. civil services, Ssc exams, design aptitude tests etc. I just quoted medical and engineering as I am more familiar to it
