I remember her short rap career and I got to say, tho short, she did better then a lot of other people who just rap and I enjoyed her songs myself. I remember the song she did with Prodigy from Mobb Deep, that one was my favorite of hers

But it took me years to realize the Angie Martinez on this song is the same Angie Martinez on (or at least was) The Breakfast Club 😭😭🤦🏽♀️Granted, I started listening to the song bc of Left Eye who was my favorite TLC member.
