    One of the biggest problems being here in Norway and not back home in Colorado is the opportunities for things like this giveaway, a chance to learn photography/camera skills, and go hiking in friendlier temps. Have a great time on your trip!

    Nice setup! I'm looking for a hiking camera bag or a hiking bag insert so I can go for overnight or weekend trips with all of my essential kit plus the new camera and lens I'm planning on getting. Really liking your videos!

      thanks brennan. the challenge for me is hiking/bushcrafting and bring camera gear. whats your setup look like?

      Like my bushcraft gear or my camera gear? I have my dslr in a smaller Lowepro case with a couple extra lenses and I put that right inside my bag or strap it to my belt. If I'm bringing a tripod it'll go on the outside of my pack. I have a OneTigris Bushcrafter that is my main bushcraft pack. There's a video on my channel of my older bushcraft setup, which needs to be updated soon.

    If you don't use pole unless you bring that tent get z packs tent poles, they are so much lighter than trekking poles that you only have cause you have to

    I do not recommend this bag for two reasons. Firstly the camera compartment is built as part of the shell, it can neither removed nor lay flat to make room for other use, since only one side of the compartment is attached to the wall, small items keep dropping into the gap at the other side, you could fit a notebook in the space but then you will not have enough room for a camera. Secondly like most backpacks this size the water bottle pouch is too small, when the bag is fill up it is almost impossible to put back the bottle with one hand while you are on the go.

    Hi,
    Do you think if it is possible to fit a 1Dx with a 70-200 attached and a 8mm or 35mm ?

    • @HIREGFP
      @HIREGFP  Před 7 lety +1

      it will fit without the lens attached. the height of the opening is only fits a prosumer body. maybe that section can store your lenses and your body wrapped up in the main compartment?
