What i would want to see more then anything with this game is the return of Blackout, it could be Blackout 2.0...THAT would be amazing!
Agreed! I honestly don't know why they haven't added Blackout as part of the BR rotation, they keep bringing back Alcatraz/Rebirth Island but not the OG Blackout map. It makes no sense to me!

Cold War is easily my favorite cod since WW2 so anything that is close to that gameplay I’m in
Another thing is that it's the first Treyarch COD game since BO3 where they haven't been short on development time, not to mention it's the first COD ever with 4 years of development

Black ops 3 and 4 multiplayer was refreshing and never boring. The ranking up made it fun to grind and the level badges were dope to look at
Main reason of hope for me is due to Treyarch having 4 years to develop this game, longer than any other CoD title. That time combined with it being Treyarch has me hopeful.
And Treyarch actually listens to the community unlike infinity 💩 so I'm cautiously optimistic.

So long as Activision has their grubby little hands in things, no developer is gonna make things better. Doesn't even matter that they are owned by Microsoft now. If being owned by Microsoft made things better, then Bethseda wouldn't be swinging and missing on nearly every release.
I'm pretty sure 60-75% of the development team that made BO3 work for other studios now. Just like what happened to Infinity Ward.
So long as Activision remains and the new CEO stays the course, CoD will continue to be a mess and continue to rely on fans who refuse to acknowledge that they are being scammed every year.

Honestly being able to create custom maps for any game mode would be something that breathes new life into cod

People have been saying this every year for the past decade. Its not going too. COD has a formula and it makes them money, they won't deviate from it.

I enjoyed outbreak and I currently enjoy mwz. If they can have a mix of the two as the big map zombies I think it'd be very good alongside the round based. Just don't limit play to an hour cuz it's not a long enough time

Any word on if there will be a loadout selection in the single player campaign? IMO every COD campaign after Black Ops II should have included loadout selection. I haven't actually played Black Ops: Cold War yet because from what I've been told for some insane reason they removed the loadout selection option from the single player after including it in II and III. My preferred two weapon loadout is pretty simple. A full auto Assault Rifle or Submachine Gun (I prefer Assault Rifles if I expect to be fighting in the open, and Submachine Guns if I expect to be fighting in close quarters) and I Shotgun. I can't think of any COD campaign on foot missions I've played without the first off the top of my head but unfortunately there have been many campaign missions lacking Shotguns. IMO They should always let us use the types of guns we like instead of leaving us hoping the developers decided to include both our preferred weapon types in the level.
Honestly I just want a (2007) Modern Warfare era game again. My preferred games used to be the MW games, but MW2 felt too.. samey, BO brings a retro feeling that I like, and history is cool.

I would love for a way to have the Gunsmith integrated into the Pick 10 system. Would also be nice is Sony/Playstation had something like the Xbox Game Pass as to not drop $70 on the game.

I’m really looking forward to Gulf War but I’m not trying to overhype the game or myself. I’m looking at the leaks and it’s sounding good but I have to wait for the launch to play it myself. I’m a Treyarch fan and they’ve had 4 years to cook something up so I’m ready for it all.
Does anybody else feel like the game being added to gamepass would be a negative? Means they’d do pretty much exactly what Sony said they’d do. That would make it console EXCLUSIVE

Non of these reasons save the game, SBMM will still be a thing the game will be broken at launch and Activision still exists.
What they need to do is allow players to create a character from the ground up, it's always the same nothing changes. Maybe use the unreal engine.
