PARAMETRIC BLOCKS IN BricsCAD V22

Parametric Blocks in BricsCAD V22 are blocks which not only contain pure geometry, but also additional meta data such as Flipstate, Visibility etc. This type of block can be modified by adapting this meta data with no need to edit the block definition.
This concept is demonstrated in this tutorial video with a typical example you may come across in your workflows and designs.

I would like to see same tutorial for BIM 3D parametric blocks...in order to populate our BIM library to be properly reusable

The option for "guided insert" is greyed out for me. So I can`t insert Blocks to snap to walls. How do I fix this?

Using reference curves you go for guided insert . If you follow the procedure step by step you will get the result
