    I wish someone would offer 3d printed body's for this rc.That way if you want a Chevy or dodge your rig is unique

    Totally worth it versus the other bolt on lift kits out there though imo. Very cool! I’ve made my decision! Thank you!

    You mentioned that the left over parts would be good Rat Rod parts. In the previous video when you did the "unboxing" of the add on chassis kit and pulled out the narrow rear frame rails I thought those looked like a perfect backhalfed frame for tucking some fat rubber under a street rod or mounting a cutdown and narrowed bed for a Rat truck.
    You might check with CEN an see if you can get the frame rails separately.
    This was a sick build Josh. Diggin it.

    It came out looking sweet! Very cool! Now it would look even better if it had the motor up front, transmission and transfer case just like the real truck or like some rc4wd version’s! But looks great though!

    Somehow the 450 doesn't look as good as the 250 with the lift to me. Maybe cuz of the duallies? I dunno...just looked better to be before the lift kit. Looking forward to the tire upgrades cuz that'll likely change my mind. Great walk through as usual, good looking rigs.

    If those rims are 2.6 maybe some cut down fling king tires would look cool if you wanted to keep those rims.

    I was hoping you can help me. Im installing this kit on my truck. I can't find a way to mount the new shocks without them hitting the sway bar. Where do you mount the front shocks? If I attach the lower part of the shock to the axle it hits the sway bar. Does the sway bar attach to the inner or outer mount on the axle? Maybe I have the sway bar in the wrong place in the Axle. For the mean time I mounted the lower part of the front shock to the upper link with a longer screw. Please help. I would appreciate it. Thanks.

    • @RCeveryday
      @RCeveryday  Před dnem

      I dont have that truck anymore, but looking at my gray dually the sway bar end goes on the outside of the sway bar and down to the outermost attachment on the axle. The shock is back on the 4 link bracket. Hope that helps

    • @marcosherrera675
      @marcosherrera675 Před dnem +1

      Yeah that's where I have the bottom shock mount now. It's on the 4 link bracket. . On the axle there are two mounting points. One for the sway bar and the other for the original shock. Being that everything got moved around I don't even remember where everything originally went anymore. But if your lower shock is on the 4 link bracket then I would assume I put it in the correct place. Thanks for the reply.

    Which lift would you think is a higher lift the CEN or that other one CNC ….. how would you compare them cause I want to get either one for my CENF450 thanks for the videos you post 🙂

    • @RCeveryday
      @RCeveryday  Před rokem +1

      I think the CNC one is a little taller. I didnt like that his side pieces were 3d printed but now he offers them in machined aluminum. The CEN kit is nice because its the same quality as the stock chassis and it adds the watts link so you dont get any of that sideways shifting when the suspension moves.

      @@RCeveryday yeah i kinda saw it like you just said cause I’m ordering the blue CENF250 and if I’m reading correctly it’s lifted already and the kit you purchased for your CENF450 is like what comes with the CENF250 thanks 🙂

      I dont, you can slow down playback of the video on youtube. It was a ton of work, basically tearing down and rebuilding the entire chassis.
