Best métal album ever ! And at 71, I've never heard a band reach the level of these young women. They are so above anything that has been done in metal. 5 talents (and let's not forget Miho) of this level in the same group is once every 30 or 40 years.

This is a perfect example of why Haruna is sometimes referred to as the 'Pocket Nuke'.
Haruna has two speeds on drums: Fast and FASTER.
All of Lovebites previous songs to me sounds a bit like Dave Lombardo and Paul Bostaph combined, but with Haruna's own unique style of playing added into the mix.
This song however leaves Paul Bostaph out of the mix (NO disrespect intended for Paul Bostaph), and instead sounds a bit like Dave Lombardo and Tim 'The Missile" Yeung combined with Haruna's own unique style of playing added into the mix.
The ONLY reason why I didn't mention Miyako and Midori on guitars, Asami on vocals, and Fami on bass is simply because in my opinion Metal drummers are FAR too often overlooked when people talk about Metal bands.
Unlike the 'Yutes' who call themselves 'Metalheads' I'm a Metal-er, and I remember (and listened to) Metal bands from the early to mid-80's to mid-90's when Metal was at it's height.
My opinion is that Lovebites is the perfect band to carry the torch of Heavy Metal into the future.
Lovebites not only sets the bar as to what Heavy Metal (excluding two of the six subcategories of Heavy Metal, those being Death Metal and Black Metal) should sound like, but Lovebites ARE the bar.
I REALLY hope that Lovebites not only starts a World Tour, but comes here to the U.S. soon.
Just my own personal opinion anyway.

Bro HG, what runs in the mind of this composer extraordinaire, perhaps could be the eighth wonder of the world. And I guess she has placed a caveat on her compositions: Only Lovebites has the required qualities to be able to execute the performance of her intricate and complex and unique compositions. You can be a speed demon, but if you lack just one of the principal ingredients, like being a player but have no strong command of music sheets, forget about trying this.

At first, there was a lot of hype of Judgment Day being the best song on the album and mow everyone loves this song hmm go figure
Absolute monster track, would love for Haruna and Fami to have a bit of extended solos live instead of the mini ones they got here.

It was actually only the second time I've listened to it and as always, Miyako's songs tends to be a bit better than the rest and this might be the best song on this album. Your use of the word "Dragonforcie/Dragonforcy! is actually pretty much on point and I'm sure that if Miyako extended the solo part just a bit, I'm sure that Herrman Lee would love to join them on stage since M&M has done it with Dragonforce before and that is a lot of fun to watch, a little payback perhaps. Anyways, I really like your reactions to the one and only Lovebites.

Without a doubt they're awesome👍 but for some reason they just don't make my playlist😂 I don't know if it's the Screaming Mimi vocals or the over-the-top intensity.? doesn't make sense cuz that's the stuff I usually like🤔 just lacks a personal connection for me they are kind of growing on me though with this last album
