Just like movies lol.

We should hope to God that they bring back the old Toyota AE86 if Toyota runs out of ideas for sporty cars, I mean I know they're coming out with the gr86, and the GT86 is pretty good, but I still have some love for the cute little hatchback with pop-ups
Correct! With making them new we must also think of how to modify and improve them.

Star Trek communicators became flip phones and that's already "phased" out.

My dad used to tell me about modern things that actually existed before I was even born. Things like modern cellphones and computers that we use today were actually used (or invented) by the government and agencies like the CIA in like 70s.

"Elon musk's electric car" everyone from Michael Faraday to Nikola Tesla turns in graves xD
@@JarJarStudiosPlus its a joke, it is funny how he says it
Thank you!
But the thing is, Elon is the one selling the cars now.
Do you also blame a cloth designer for taking credit for clothes when cloths clearly was invented by some caveman in prehistory time?
Yes Michael Faraday and Nikola Tesla is important figures in the development, but its Elons money and time that currently going into making his cars based of off those designs.
And people are buying cars designed by Elon.
Likewise Apple did not invent the phone, but its slit called Apple-phones or IPhones.
@@MouseGoat pretty sure Honda still beat Elon, but the problem, is and always will be batteries, the technology has come leaps and bounds since the insight was introduced. However, this green car is still powered by electricity that comes from where.....powerplants that power the grid...coal, nuclear etc. When the demand shifts to electricity to power cares the cost of kilowatt hours will go up too. It's still simple supply and demand like gas, electricity isn't free either
@@110101719 well actually fuel in cars is like battery, crude oil is not appropriate for use in small engines, it needs to be "charged", (distilled to higher energy level) by fractional distillation (vaporized by large 600°c boiler) separated into different hydrocarbon products and than refined also by heat, chemicals and lots of clean water. whole process takes as much energy as you would charge ev and drive same distance as amount of fuel would give you... also one single power generator is more efficient than many small engines, because of smaller working surface area and heat regenerative capabilities of large non mobile power plant.... also electric grid can and will quickly adapt to different demand, it is very flexible in nature of its operation, and as part of my profession and education i have witnessed it happening for many other reasons.
so in conclusion, the modern invention is actually the sci-fi of the past.
why the hell are you wearing a mask at your own house by yourself making this video?

Glad im not the only
it could be his voice but it is definitely NOT recorded while taping. He is miming to the voice over track for sure.
Even if you don't realize it, the give away, is the sound. As a trained audio guy it is instant, but even untrained brains, get that something doesn't add up. If it was recorded live at time of video taping, the sound would be different. I could easily make it seem real by adding, room tone.
TV commercials that do this drive me insane. It is so obvious, yet so easily fixable.

bro... why am i simping for this man...
i like how they say their electric cars are saving the planet by not using gas, but they charge their cars with electricity that comes from power plants that use coal and some recharge stations have diesel generators (if not near a recharge station a truck powered by gasoline comes by with said generator to recharge your car). but honestly the coal plants nowdays have so many filters and run cleaner than ever with improvements in technology and if people weren't so afraid of nuclear power we could have had basically limitless power with almost zero waste.
unless everything is nuclear powered then... Or solar or wind powered.
But honestly we could really have used nuclear powered and funded it's research for more safer usage instead of ditching it.
@@Ms13unknown13 yeah. the way they talk about nuclear power is if it's either going to blow up and leave half the state a barren wasteland or look at the old and badly constructed ones and say "this is nuclear power. is bad" disregarding the well made ones still operating to this day like oyster creek or the watts bar in Tennessee. plus they talk about the waste it creates, also disregarding the fact we now have ways to recycle nuclear waste and turn it into _even more_ energy making it the cleanest and most reliable energy source we could have.
@@thatguybrody4819 The problem is the people who blindly believe all the lies, the corporates just want to keep the oil, coal & gas price profitable .
@@Ms13unknown13 not just that but coal is the only real efficient and constant source we have. wind and solar are not very good and specific places to work decently. (and solar also makes a lot of waste apparently) hydro is good, but suffers the same as the aforementioned. plus natural gas is very clean and oil is still used widely (both for maintenance and fuel).
@@thatguybrody4819 but a transition to nuclear power would make for cheaper electricity, the problem with coal is it's mining process you need allot of it compared to nuclear.
Though Coal is abundant ( I think only in our planet same goes for oil) it's a scarce resource where some point it will dry out. Gas on the other hand I have insufficient knowledge in this area, what I do know is Gas is also abundant even in space so we can invest on this for the future development for this energy source.
Wind would be useless in space travel, Solar is viable so we need better ways to harvest it and produce the said harvester. Sorry I went off topic and went to space... It's just that people should look ahead into the future.
2:25 that environment is so damn cool
Awesome video :) keep it up
Thanks for a very good information 👍👌
This video started getting bombarded in reccomendation list that I have to watch it finally
Since im into old machines, especially cars i know that many inventions came earlier than many think. There was a wedgeshaped concept car named "Holden Huricane" from the late 60s/early 70s that featured a camera for reversing.
I really like the way you narrate your videos , It's like you Were born to do this
2:49 A question for all car companies: If we were able to do this back in the 1920's, then why have we not used this tech? Do you have any idea how many kids, pets, and people we could have saved from being ran over? I say we should abandon all the stupid crap that car companies are doing now-a-days and keep advancing this tech!
How about when it has malfunction or drunk driving?
This is just like Apple has been doing for years. They take ideas and devices that have existed before and make them as something new and revolutionary lol.

Also for anyone curious as to why electric cars didn’t take off back in the day, they’re more expensive to create, and when one crashes or lands in let’s say a pond, anything that goes near the pond or a wrecked electric car itself is at risk of death since the battery cells can lose their “container” of sorts meaning that you could get electrocuted
