Tsubasa is his character arc was one of the best Moments in beyblade..his growth and he finally He felt like member of gang gang Galaxy and being proud of himself as blader and as teamate and also how much affects other people around him..i love him..the fact almost got Thrown out of team is crazy..but Yu was the real one.. tsubasa's FRIENDSHIP with Yu is amazing so W arc. ..also his mental struggle was amazing too..
I still wish he keep the dark eagle visuals and at least showed the dragon look at the end of this battle showed at least a second time those where gas
Having Kyoya vs Ginga end in a tie when Kyoya controlled 99% of fight and beat a pegasus in an aerial battle was nasty work
Kyoya dominated the whole fight, countered Ginkas plot armour move TWICE in the same battle, and still only tied to him. Now that’s some bs😂
In that same sense, Kyoya should have lost against Damian too.. cz the whole battle seemed plot driven..
It's the blader's spirit that made the difference, my friend. Think back to the first season. When Kenta and Tsubasa had their second battle, Kenta was able to push Tsubasa back further than expected. He performed even better against Reiji even though his bey was heavily damaged. I think that people keep forgetting how crucial the spirit is in determining a battle's result in the Metal Saga.
Also, I believe that it would not be correct to say that Kyoya controlled 99% of the fight. Do you not remember how easily Gingka broke through Lion Gale Force Wall? Gingka was able to successfully respond to and defend against all of Kyoya's special moves. There's a difference between being proactive and being utterly dominant.
This Dark Tsubasa arc was nuts, he literally went in a rampage
Kyoya's spin track amd performance tip cracking can be deemed justified. My man was blocking two top-tier, attack type beys' special moves all by himself.

No joke I’m positive they were based on those twos especially considering Vegeta always seems close to surpassing Goku but then falls even further back whenever Goku gets a new power up just like how Kyoya always seems to keep getting close and falling behind after Gingka learns from his mistakes

Let's be honest, Kyoya has stronger beyspirit than Gingka and even Ryuga. He doesn't have a mythical or special gimmick bey, he just push forward with an standard bey

Ryuga worked the hardest and trained like death to free himself from the dark power and get meteo L Drago he was a true blader at heart. He never pushed past his limits like Gingka and Kyoya because there is no opponent to push him that far. In metal Fury I am sure you know how far Ryuga went in the Rago battle
Nobody has a stronger bey spirit than Gingka.
This is my opinion of the three metrics used most in the anime and how these three rank in them.
Raw Talent: Gingka = Ryuga > Kyoya
Training: Ryuga > Kyoya > Gingka
Bey spirit : Gingka > Kyoya = Ryuga
This is why overall, Ryuga ranks above them both.
Ryuga never even got pushed hard to be able to show his blader's spirit. Only in his final battle we saw how brave he can be when victory isn't guaranteed.
Imagine what training kyoya did.
Ginga is now so strong thanks to a new bey technically. (Ofc he put some work into it). But kyoya was able to keep it up with pure brute training with only rock Leon.
That's how crazy kyoya Is. (He was honestly supposed to win the match but ginga's plot armor saved him for a tie)
Bs. Gingka has always been the stronger between the two, it's Kyoya's training that managed to get him a draw.

The fact that Kyoya can keep up with a legendary beyblade like Galaxy Pegasus with a basic Rock Leone makes him the greatest Beyblader in the Metal series

All in all, every metal fight fan was disappointed that Kyoya did not win, because the feats that Kyoya displayed were all greater than what Gingka displayed, but Gingka tied the battle with the help of the power of friendship (aka plot armor).
Gingka has always been stronger lol. Kyoya's training only got him so far as a draw. Completely fair writing.

Secondly, Gingka being stronger than 98% of the cast is just an a**pull, a plot armor. He does not work as hard as Kyoya, or Ryuga. Gingka just has a legendary beyblade in the form of Galaxy Pegasus, but even that does not justify him being stronger than those who have decent beys, but put in a lot of work. Ryuga and Kyoya being as strong as they are is justified. Take my man Ryuga as an example. My man has a formidable beyblade, but still puts in the work, which makes it valid for him to be at the top of heirarchy.

Trained with ryuga to unlock galaxy pegasus' true power. I get that y'all like to hate on gingka for having a strong bey, and I do agree that for this one battle kyoya should've won, but ut doesn't take away all the training that gingka also has to do. And let's also conveniently leave out that kyoya ends up with a legendary bey too so he also cheats like gingka if you want to go down this road
It was perfect considering the situation. If Kyoya beat Gingka then Nile would've had to lose and we couldn't had got 2 back to back team battles. At least Kyoya got some respect in his name to not lose when opponents much more hyped than him couldn't stand against Gingka.

Props to Kyoya for managing a draw against Gingka. But the fact remains that even though Gingka gave his all, he hasn't mastered Galaxy Pegasus yet. We know this because of his meeting with Ryuga before the battle with Julian.
Kyoya on the other hand has fully mastered Leone.
Goes without saying that with a fully realised Galaxy Pegasus, Gingka beats Kyoya.
Gingka clearly mastered it against right spin beys. He struggled first against Destroyer and then L drago indicating he didn't master facing reverse rotating beys.
Except Kyoya hadn't fully mastered Rock Leone either since he later beat a Damian that was stronger than Gingka fom the final meaning Kyoya would have beaten Gingka if it was him vs Gingka in the finals.
Ryuga was wrong. Gingka doesn't masters his bey, he needs his friends cheering to win.

Kyoya didn’t get stronger, no new move was invented.. he was still the same. It would not make any sense for Kyoya to lose back there

Props to Kyoya for getting a tie, Galaxy Pegasus was deemed stronger than Pegasus or L Drago at the start of Masters by Ryo, Kyoya’s immense training allowed a tie to come to fruition. Imagine if Gingka had galaxy Pegasus since being a baby like Kyoya did with Leone, additionally if Gingka trained as often as Kyoya, he might’ve even taken down Ryuga with the amount of mastery and strength he would’ve gained throughout multiple years of growth/training with that bey. I’m also still confused why Gingka didn’t attack the centre of the tornado in this battle, forgetting Leone’s weakness from season 1.
