    3:56 what grain was this? I tried rice today and it ended up lumpy and not fine at all. Luckily I have a grain mill, so I don’t need this functionality, but it was very disappointing.
    Ah. I just saw the rest of the video- I don’t know how long he’s been milling the rice but I did it for good 10 mins and didn’t get such fine flour powder results.

      If it's not working for you, try to use the food processor attachment. It is much more precise for this job !
