Mr. Mukiza, a girl (seemingly an enumerator), visited me on the last day for 20 minutes after I called the LC1 3 times. She told me she would complete most of the info at home. Just imagine an interview of 20 minutes on a tool with over 100 questions. FYI, I am a retired statistician with (M.Stat, MUK) who actually was an enumerator Inn 1980 and has since conducted numerous surveys and censuses. I reside at my tiny farm in a typical rural village. Put yourself in that situation and comment on the census! I had a discussion with the parish chief to emphasise the importance of the census, but it was too late. I have no idea what data is attached to my name
