So GOD could be giving us top secret (sensitive) information, but if we are immature getting too excited to share everything, we could share that information with those unclassified (or not mature enough to handle).

Wow it’s literally raining out today, this is absolutely a word of confirmation for me thank You LORD. What an amazing dream I get so many too. 2 days ago in prayer and in my spirit throughout the past days I’ve been asking God if I should share the information on something specific I’ve been given. I felt like it’s such a good opportunity He led me to that would help so many others. In my mind I knew who I could faithfully share it with but there was a withholding and here I just got my answer. In the past I know I’ve over shared in the past cause God had me feel convicted once.
