I have been doing this workout now for 2 months at the start i wasnt able to do starfish crunches for 10 seconds and now i can do them for 60 seconds in a row. So, I decided to do this workout routine because I didn't found a abs routine for girls that I feel that I'm really working. I would try to do every week for 1 month, so I started today. 1 day: ✔️ I really feel on pain, obviously is my first day, my abs are tingling haha. 2 day: ✔️ I feel more pain than yesterday I think because my body didn't make workout almost past weeks, so my abs are fried xd So, I lost this days, I will try again jsjs June 5: ✔️ June 8: ✔️ June 9: ✔️ June 10: ✔️ June 12: ✔️ June 13: ✔️ June 14: ✔️ June 16: ✔️ June 17: ✔️ June 19: ✔️ So, today it's August 16, I will try again. But, I notice a little bit of abs since two weeks, this workout it's really good. My mother language isn't English, sorry if some words are wrong :)
Good work! Keep going, I promise you with a diet you'll get those abs quick! Make sure you're training more muscles than just abs or it can cause muscle imbalances and/or you can become physically disabled.
for anyone wanting to try this workout: i've been doing a SHORTENED version of this every single day since last january and have almost a six pack, honestly if i had a better diet then i would have a six pack but yeah this really does give results, so if you want to do it then go for it!! i saw results in about two months but i also started with a low bmi so it'll vary but this is an amazing workout.
For anybody looking for updates, i have been doing his follow along ab workouts for like 6 months. I have about 15% bf so my abs are barely visible. All i can say, you wont find another legit ab workout that lasts 6-7 mins and actually work.
Hey Jeff I am up almost 52-year-old man with shoulder back and neck problems so it’s really hard for me to do abs but I love this workout even though I adjust it to work with me I still get a killer ab workout and it’s helping me to get back to the physique I had in my 30s. I hope I can get in the shape that you’re in in the next year. Thanks for everything and God bless you!!
Man !!! You better be sure about this fracking lunatic insane workout. I have started the six pack promise and its like something draging me to hell and then bringing me back every 60 seconds. I used to work on on my Abs like 30 minutes or so. No big advances. Really I can't belive 7 mins would kill me this way. THANK YOU !!! Amazing work.
Piana ́s Penguin Walking God Damnit yes it works. im 14 and have been doing ab workout for about 3 months and if you want pictures of results i can give you my snapchat.
Wow just wow... Jeff my abs are on fire. I got down and did them with you not an hour after leaving the gym.part of my gym warm up is 5 sets of 10 reps inclined sit ups holding a 15kg plate and I can say with pride my abs are strong but this quick 6 minute workout has left my abs on fire :). I've been watching all your vids on here and you really give me the motivation I need to carry on.you have inspired me to quit smoking the bad stuff and kick my own ass into a healthier lifestyle. 2 months in and I'm feeling very positive about life and there's no looking back :). Thanks Jeff you are one of influences that have helped me turn my life around.
I'll be attempting this workout for a 2nd time, I tried this during quarantine a while ago but after 2 months I stopped. First time I got a very undefined four pack so so I'll be trying to do this workout for a year. I'll also be doing this with a split workout (don't think it will affect the results too much though since its mainly legs, arms, shoulders and back. I also practice basketball 3-5 hrs a day. Day 1: nothing much, just my abs were really sore when I woke up. Day 2: same thing, although my stomach feels tighter. Day 3: body is starting to recuperate and my abs are tighter, my hips are very sore though. Day 4: same as always, carpet burned my arm today doing the twisting pistons though Day 5: my abs are starting to return to a four pack now. Day 6: today my the abs closest to my chest were really defined Day 7: I'm starting to notice the top half of my abs are becoming rock hard Day 8: my top abs are starting to become definite on the sides but the core is taking a bit longer Day 9: my external obliques and rectus Abdomis is really starting to form well, don't quite have that 4 pack yet though Day 10: taking 2 day break so my abs can recover and form Day 11: glad I took that break, if I flex my abs now I can see a 4 pack. Day 12: abs hurt as usual, especially after that 2 day break Day 13 - 15: taking a break because of a thigh injury, don't want to hurt anything Day 16: the top of my abs are becoming more definite but I have some lingering belly fat at the bottom that's preventing me from having that 6 pack (from this point on I'll be eating on a diet since school holidays have started and I have time to cook my meals, I will mainly be eating grass fed steak, chicken breast, steamed vegetables like broccoli and salads. This is so I can get rid of that excess body fat for a clean 6 pack) Day 17: I don't see any differences except my abs seem to be lots more shown. Day 18: like usual Day 19: as normal Day 20: I've kind of hit a slump, I just don't see very much more progression, I've had the same undefined 4 pack for a while now Day 21: my diet seems to be helping, my stomach fat has gone down a bit and now I can see those last two abs Day 22: I still can't get each individual ab to show, there's still that layer of fat in between Day 23: taking a day off Day 24: my diet has really been helping this, as a athlete I feel way more explosive (I have been taking a break for the past few weeks) Day 25: first day back in the workout after taking a break, my abs are completely sore Day 26: today through the entire workout I was in pain, but I almost have a fully visible 6 pack
Something that will help is losing a little bit of body fat. I was doing this workout every day for about a month but nothing happened. The next month, I continued doing it every day but I was also going on a slight diet to get rid of body fat. After a few weeks, a fairly defined 6 pack appeared.
It's funny how people in the comment section are like;: I'm gonna try this workout and update my body status giving you the results................................................................;only to never be seen again!!... it's a mystery isn't it

3:00 Ab journal Day 1: I could barely do 5 of the starfish crunches in the last set. I was pretty much a dead starfish the whole time. Gains: Unnoticeable Day 2: I was able to do about 8 proper starfish crunches in the last set (I think doing 5 mins of cardio before helped). I'm also going to go out and restock my kitchen with proper foods to help my workouts (Greek yogurt, chicken, whole wheat bread, broccoli, etc.) Gains: Unnoticable (definitely feeling soreness though) Day 3: Still super struggling with those starfish crunches at the end Gains: My abs feel tighter/harder now, but no pronounced shapes have taken visible form yet (I feel generally happier and more alert though. Probably result from exercise in general) Day 4: Starfish crunches are still my worst enemy Gains: it looks like I have faint signs of a two pack Day 5: same as previous Gains: same as previous Day 6: Eating healthier and committing to this exercise regimen has had a noticable impact on my mood. I'm happier to be at work, I'm more keen on making new friends and am proactive in that endeavor, and I feel much less exhausted (even though I haven't changed my sleep schedule of getting around 6-7 hours of sleep). Gains: Same as previous Day 7: able to do the first 30 seconds of the last set of starfish crunches pretty well. Gains: same as previous Day 8: able to do all of the starfish crunches properly now Gains: same as previous Day 9: My abs feel fried when doing the workout but not so much after the workout. I wonder if that means I need to increase the time for each set of exercises. Gains: same Day 10: same. Thinking about doing the workout twice a day (morning and evening) Gains: same Day 11: the only exercises where I /really/ feel a burn are the starfish crunches and the 90-90 crunches. Not sure if I'm doing the other excercises correctly or not. Might be why I'm not seeing much gains at this point. It may also just be a longer process than I expected so I won't let myself be discouraged. Gains: same Day 12: same Gains: same Day 13: I skipped today Gains: same Day 14: Worked out today Gains: same Day 15: same Gains: same Day 16: skipped Day 17: Did it today Gains: same Day 18: same Gains: same Day 19: skipped Day 20: worked out Gains: same Day 21: I started doing Jeff's 7 minute ab workout as well as this one. It feels like I just ran a marathon. Hopefully doing both of these will help me see more results. Gains: same Day 22: same Gains: same Day 23-29: skipped Day 30: started training again Day 31: did the 7 minute and 6 minute ab workout
Merlin Septim Good job bro! I think you should try doing it everyday instead of skipping days with just the 6 minute one until it gets too easy and you take no breaks. Then move into the 7 minute and 6 minute one. Just my opinion though! OR You can do both until you have the strength to do one full one! Just remember try to do it everyday consistency is key!
@@jordangriffith3243 yeah, I didn't want to skip, but work was crazy on those days and I didn't have any time to do the exercise. I'm going to try to pick the workout back up again as working out consistently greatly improves my mood and productivity overall. Thanks for the reply.

I am really skinny and I do gymnastics but I'm not ripped at all and I'm not very strong at all. I'm going to go from abs to arms and then my legs. Conditioning in gymnastics is hard but if I can do this workout I can do anything!
Anyone still here 2020? Been doing this nearly everyday for the past 6 months... These views ain’t gonna stop hehe. My abs are getting great, am not gonna lie...
It's the first time I Do an abs training and at the end I was almost on the ground breathing heavily. Congratulations to everyone that tried this training.
I weighed 76 kg around 13 months ago. Around 6 months ago i started doing these ab workouts as well as other workouts using two dumbbells as well as calisthenics and am now 64 kg with 9% body fat and a six pack to show. These workouts definitely work. I like to mix up all of Jeff's ab workouts ( e.g the 6 pack ab promise workout and so on) and maybe missed 5-6 days in 6 months, so as long as you go hard, your abs will too. Good luck.
I don't think anyone will actually read this, but I've been doing this workout and the waist fat burn workout everyday without a rest for almost a month now (before that I was doing lower belly fat burn for about 2 months without rest days) and i've seen a lot more tone in my overall body shape, I would highly recommend pairing with videos and also adding a daily walk/ bike ride and a calorie deficit to see results much more quickly and significantly, you've got this!
I finally managed to do the whole thing one-shot today after months of this. When I began, I had no abs whatsoever and my back would get all tight, probably cause I work in construction and I have a good back that wants to compensate and overtightens. But now I gave my utmost and managed to do it without interruption. It might look weird, but since I took the habit of grunting like Andrey Rublev (the tennis player), I found it easier. BWEEEEEEEEHHHHHHH

Cheris Sarjoe do slower reps to pay more attention to form, I used to have the same problem when I started working out but dw it’ll fade as you get stronger and get used to the exercises as well
Although what exercises are you talking about exactly so that I can try to give you easier alternatives
I’m at my
Local gym and was half way through this and wanted to

hahaha the dead starfish 9:32. If i want 1/2 of his abs is half of hte workout and still a lot for me ^_^ lets start with 1/4
I have been doing this workout now for 2 months at the start i wasnt able to do starfish crunches for 10 seconds and now i can do them for 60 seconds in a row.
My results: my abs and my lower abs got a lot better and my core got a lot better i can do a lot of lsits now for more time.
I recommend doing this workout but not for beginners. U will need to train at list 3 months consistently before trying this one out
Even for somebody who has trained the abs, this workout breaks plateau.
I thinkbI should've read this before doing it but whatever my abs are fried now.
So, I decided to do this workout routine because I didn't found a abs routine for girls that I feel that I'm really working.
I would try to do every week for 1 month, so I started today.

I really feel on pain, obviously is my first day, my abs are tingling haha.
2 day: ✔️
I feel more pain than yesterday I think because my body didn't make workout almost past weeks, so my abs are fried xd

My mother language isn't English, sorry if some words are wrong :)
Good work! Keep going, I promise you with a diet you'll get those abs quick! Make sure you're training more muscles than just abs or it can cause muscle imbalances and/or you can become physically disabled.
Hope you got some sweet abs
👏🏾 knock it out!
U got those abs yet?
@@michael305m3 Yess, I had them, but now they are melted ;(
for anyone wanting to try this workout: i've been doing a SHORTENED version of this every single day since last january and have almost a six pack, honestly if i had a better diet then i would have a six pack but yeah this really does give results, so if you want to do it then go for it!! i saw results in about two months but i also started with a low bmi so it'll vary but this is an amazing workout.
I’m kinda skinny and my abs are weak. Will this workout build my abs?
@@JJJJ-fi9dg Yes, it works...if you work hard the whole time.

For anybody looking for updates, i have been doing his follow along ab workouts for like 6 months. I have about 15% bf so my abs are barely visible.
All i can say, you wont find another legit ab workout that lasts 6-7 mins and actually work.

After 6 minutes: *MOTHER OF GOD WHOSE IDEA WAS THIS. FEELS LIKE IM GIVING BIRTH.*

This is really smart! Thanks 👍🏼
Day 4: same as always, carpet burned my arm today doing the twisting pistons though
Day 5: my abs are starting to return to a four pack now.
Day 6: today my the abs closest to my chest were really defined
Day 7: I'm starting to notice the top half of my abs are becoming rock hard
Day 8: my top abs are starting to become definite on the sides but the core is taking a bit longer
Day 9: my external obliques and rectus Abdomis is really starting to form well, don't quite have that 4 pack yet though
Day 10: taking 2 day break so my abs can recover and form
Day 11: glad I took that break, if I flex my abs now I can see a 4 pack.
Day 12: abs hurt as usual, especially after that 2 day break
Day 13 - 15: taking a break because of a thigh injury, don't want to hurt anything
Day 16: the top of my abs are becoming more definite but I have some lingering belly fat at the bottom that's preventing me from having that 6 pack
(from this point on I'll be eating on a diet since school holidays have started and I have time to cook my meals, I will mainly be eating grass fed steak, chicken breast, steamed vegetables like broccoli and salads. This is so I can get rid of that excess body fat for a clean 6 pack)
Day 17: I don't see any differences except my abs seem to be lots more shown.
Day 18: like usual
Day 19: as normal
Day 20: I've kind of hit a slump, I just don't see very much more progression, I've had the same undefined 4 pack for a while now
Day 21: my diet seems to be helping, my stomach fat has gone down a bit and now I can see those last two abs
Day 22: I still can't get each individual ab to show, there's still that layer of fat in between
Day 23: taking a day off
Day 24: my diet has really been helping this, as a athlete I feel way more explosive
(I have been taking a break for the past few weeks)
Day 25: first day back in the workout after taking a break, my abs are completely sore
Day 26: today through the entire workout I was in pain, but I almost have a fully visible 6 pack
Something that will help is losing a little bit of body fat. I was doing this workout every day for about a month but nothing happened. The next month, I continued doing it every day but I was also going on a slight diet to get rid of body fat. After a few weeks, a fairly defined 6 pack appeared.
It's funny how people in the comment section are like;: I'm gonna try this workout and update my body status giving you the results................................................................;only to never be seen again!!... it's a mystery isn't it
One guy updated it.. For that 22day workout for abs
To be honest you shouldn't do the same exercise over and over again, less effective

Ab journal
Day 1: I could barely do 5 of the starfish crunches in the last set. I was pretty much a dead starfish the whole time.
Gains: Unnoticeable
Day 2: I was able to do about 8 proper starfish crunches in the last set (I think doing 5 mins of cardio before helped). I'm also going to go out and restock my kitchen with proper foods to help my workouts (Greek yogurt, chicken, whole wheat bread, broccoli, etc.)
Gains: Unnoticable (definitely feeling soreness though)
Day 3: Still super struggling with those starfish crunches at the end
Gains: My abs feel tighter/harder now, but no pronounced shapes have taken visible form yet (I feel generally happier and more alert though. Probably result from exercise in general)

Merlin Septim Good job bro! I think you should try doing it everyday instead of skipping days with just the 6 minute one until it gets too easy and you take no breaks. Then move into the 7 minute and 6 minute one. Just my opinion though!
OR
You can do both until you have the strength to do one full one!
Merlin Septim what is Jeff’s 7 minute ab workout?
Merlin Septim does this actually work. I workout a ton and eat super healthy but I get no progres

Out of every ab workout burnout, this one burns the most! Even though it’s 4 years ago, i tend to come back to this one
I do this workout regularly for a year and never got ads, but now I just got two in the middle of the workout
Just a couple extra seconds on the hands free tucks 😅
Tim Man lol yeah I got one of them exactly during those and ended up doing more haha. But yeah I have pretty awesome abs because of this workout, but I gained some weight, but also have never been at my ideal body weight, so I‘m trying to cut out my binge eating that I‘ve been doing more of the last months
I’ve been doing this everyday for 3 weeks now. And I just realized that Jeff fooled us with the “6 minutes” it’s actually about 7 1/2 😂

Did this for 2 months everyday at 14 years old and the results were amazing I was a skinny kid before but after I was so ripped I couldn't fathom how I did it. Without this workout doing crew would be the hardest thing ever. I'm 15 now and I am in the best shape I have ever been in.
Insanity good job man!

Hey im 13 and i got abs cause of this bad ass stuff been doing rhis for about 6 months and this gets easier everyday
I am really skinny and I do gymnastics but I'm not ripped at all and I'm not very strong at all. I'm going to go from abs to arms and then my legs. Conditioning in gymnastics is hard but if I can do this workout I can do anything!
Shah nameh oh my man, 2 months are plenty!... if you have the according body fat percentage u have the six pack after 1 maybe 1.5 months at this age

When jeff says “shake it out” 🙏🙏
I weighed 76 kg around 13 months ago. Good luck.
Ahmad Khan Good job. I started about 3 weeks ago.

I’ve been doing this once a week for a year and I’ve just managed the whole routine without stopping 😂 A YEAR
bro once a week? try once a day😂
I don't think anyone will actually read this, but I've been doing this workout and the waist fat burn workout everyday without a rest for almost a month now (before that I was doing lower belly fat burn for about 2 months without rest days) and i've seen a lot more tone in my overall body shape, I would highly recommend pairing with videos and also adding a daily walk/ bike ride and a calorie deficit to see results much more quickly and significantly, you've got this!
I’m fairly new to working out, so i’ll try supplementing the twisting pistons with twisting planks and I’m doing an easier version of the starfish crunch, but I still really feel this! Thank you Jeff!

Here's a tip for keeping your balance during those Starfish Crunch's: When you come up, aim your hand to the opposite knee instead of your lower leg/foot.
