First of all she finding even go down and inch with the one handed push up second of all she is super short so deadlifting 100 pounds is easy because she barely pulled it up
And that wasn't even 100 pounds. It was 5 kg on each side. So total 10 kg is 22 pounds
And the eleven year old wasn't lifting that much
