PE doesn't seem to be reliable. All it reflects is how much faster a stock increased or decreased incomparision to its earning/ revenue. Now the thing is not only FII or DII, retailers are also investing heavily that's the reason the PE is too much a time would come when it will stabilize and the PE will automatically goes down slowly and steadily unless a crash happens. Just looking at PE you can't say a stock is overvalued!
If you look at NVVIDIA its PE ration is 73 while NASDAQ is at 33 so technically NVIDIA is not a good stock but infact it IS A GOOD STOCK looking at the work it does
