yes sometimes all lanes lose and go 15,that's a normal thing that happen,and sometime all your lanes win and ennemy FF at 15,but blade is smurfing 3000lp below his peak so he steal their free game

There is enough evidence in this clip alone of leagues problem with low elo. I can bet 2/5 of those teammates were bots deboosting the account to elo hell where people pay big bucks for - elo accounts
