If you go frame by frame from 11:34, you see Skarner E do damage to Sett, but he doesnt take tower aggro for some reason. Must be a weird interaction between Sett R applying Suppression and him taking damage?
Edit: It looks like you entered the tower's range at the same frame Skarner E dealt damage, that might've been the cause.

Yeh, i think Sett ulted avoiding skarner damages. And the shaco burn on sett took the agro instead ?

@@mnhbsbyby3570 Skarner did damage, if you go frame by frame you see Sett take about 100 damage as he connects with Skarner (suppression might not immediately cancel Skarner E), I don't think any of the DoTs from Shaco could do that much damage in one frame. Shacos hit box approximately enters tower range at the same frame and he takes tower aggro. I think he unfortunately lost the coin toss on taking tower aggro, I'm not sure how else to explain it, unless Skarner E really didn't deal damage in that instance, in which case I'm not sure what caused Setts HP to lose that chunk in that frame.

I dont understand why the devs cant make Shaco boxes have hell of a lot longer place timer with maximum placement limit and once Shaco leaves the vicinity of the boxes their timer drops lower as they are now and wont go back up until placed new ones.

He's doing all he can in the match up. It's a very difficult lane for shaco to play in. Sometimes inting for cs is better than sitting under tower afk while sett scales and 1v9s
