The car preference key for the car lift is the dewhurst 827 and for the monospace (or ecodisk as you call it) it's the ivi4001.

There isn't a burglar alarm. It is a communal area on some apartments. There is no need for a PIR outside the lifts other than for the lights, that is why we think it is a camera.
