@peytonfanning what's SCK in Mar Vista ?
@@acewest6010 Tag-banging means both Tagging and gang banging. Many gangs originate as tagging crews like 51TGC. SCK stands for SoCrazyKlans. They're waiting for the Mexican Mafia to authorize their 13 lol.

0:07 is that Matty Matheson 😂😂😂
I swore I remember Venice going off in 79 or 80 between v13 & vsc but I can't find anything about it. Mandella effect maybe lol??
It’s funny how nearly all of culver city’s kills where innocent people including a 15 year old girl killed by grown men, and people are still respecting them. As a man I despise any adult killing a child.
@@discrij6073 crips & bloods do the same it's gang shit.
Do angels vs demons

You chose a pic with Matty Matheson 😭😭
Do BVN 13 vs BLYTHE ST13
Have you ever met a crib that's so committed to the hood they don't even use the letter b in their vocab. Dudes at Venice High would tell a teacher, "pass me a ook so I can do my work". The teacher would be like, what's an ook? LOL
That’s some Custer ass shit! Did I do that right? Dafuq is wrong with people?
Proverbs 4:14-22
Do not enter the path of the wicked,
And do not walk in the way of evil.
Avoid it, do not travel on it, Turn away from it and pass on. For they do not sleep unless they have done evil, And their sleep is taken away unless they make someone fall. For they eat the bread of wickedness,
And drink the wine of violence. But the path of the just is like the shining sun, That shines ever brighter unto the perfect day. The way of the wicked is like darkness;
They do not know what makes them stumble. My son, give attention to my words; Incline your ear to my sayings. Do not let them depart from your eyes; Keep them in the midst of your heart; For they are life to those who find them, And health to all their flesh.
That’s so strange they are cool with school yards and 30s but those 2 hate each other
Do bounty hunters vs athens park and westside piru

As a kid, I only knew the friendly and attractive side of Venice. 😆

A lot of this information is true but not exactly accurate. Venice was definitely a tough place to live during those times.
I remember I was trying to get to the beach, walking, and they were coming out of the wood works, banging on me.

Man, you hit this on the head. I grew up in that area and remember friends of mine being from and beefing with Culver City.
I remember when Venice and Culver City had a huge war. Until they killed that German tourist. That's when the LA gang task force said "NOPE!!!" and cracked down hard in that shit.
Maaan I remember that shit and I'm from west Adams 18st side of the west
The LAPD crack down kicked in full force, knocking down doors of neighborhood crack houses and serving warrants in Oakwood and the projects during the mid to late 90's. Key search LAPD On The Beat - It was a show which was filmed out of the Pacific Div. LAPD and covered all of Culver City and the Oakwood area. It last aired in 1999, I believe...
