I really like the Jakobs Gatling gun. I like using that gun on Zero, especially because of his two fang. Pairing it with a Bee shield is just the cherry on top.
One gun which I think you could have placed in #2 spot, or maybe #1 spot, is a Vladof "Anarchist" pistol (Comes with Vladof barrel) Very high fire rate, generally high magazine size, fairly low recoil, and very good damage, AND can come in any element! They are a very, verh good pistol type and should not be slept on! But that was still a very good list, I use all those guns when I can!
Love this list dude. Really give some guns we don’t hear much from in the BL’s community. Blaster E tech guns are underrated especially with axton. So happy to see that gun in your list.

Torgue is the GOAT for non-uniques. We got Spitters, we got Ravagers, we got Hulks, we got Injectors (not as good honestly but I fuck w em) and any Torgue rocket with a Maliwan part or 2 for that sweet sweet rocket speed
So nice to check out classic more basic weapons back in the spotlight. Especially since I have started new characters on BL2 on PC as I have played it over on console since the release of BL1.
I'm just gonna say the Snider is perhaps the single best non unique sniper for 2 reasons, it has a stupid high elemental effect chance, usually over 40% even on a white snider of all things, and #2 The fact that it can carry you for a good 3-4 levels, sometimes even 5 levels depending on parts before it starts to drop off in damage, I love that thing on a Maya, Zero hell even Axton makes wonderful use of the Snider early game.
I think that a Jakobs sniper with crit prefix, which I think is a Muckamuck, can rival a snider. Especially on Zer0 where crit bonuses are very powerful
Some honourable mentions of good regular guns for BL2 and BLPS: Dahl Minigun/Jakobs Gatling gun rifles (the spin gun barrel has no windup time on these 2 manufacturers) Hyperion synergy/Vladof anarchist pistols, Jakobs pepperbox (high fire rate, great if you get a cryo element one) Quad barrel shotguns for all manufacturers (shotgun supreme, quad, ravager, etc) (more barrels mean more DAKKA) Torque slapper pistol and rifle (great for Wilhelm in BLPS when used in conjunction with cryo) For the most part Torgue quad barrels and Vladof spin gun barrels improve every gun possible. Even better if you get the right prefix or matching grip.
As an mainly Axton Player, both Ravager and the Torgue Spitter AR are always amazing. The Anarchist is pretty good too, and the Hyperion pistol with the Vladof barrel too. Also, I find the Coach Gun better than both Quad and Bushwack on Maya and Zer0. The Snider and the Coach Gun are the guns I always am looking when playing through with Maya

I've been playing this game for many years. There are multiple non-red text weapons and gear that are completely viable at OP10. This is a list of the ones I know for a fact can absolutely wreck everything. Some even have higher DPS than their red text variants. Jakobs: Coach gun, Quad, Iron, Gatling gun, Diaub, Muckamuck, Callipeen. Torgue: Spitter, Ravager. Vladof: Topnea, Anarchist, Droog, Rifle, tesla grenades. Bandit: Smiig, Launcher. Maliwan: Snyder( maliwan barrel), BFG, Rakehell, Plasma Caster, transfusion grenades. Tediore: Plasma caster, Quickshot, Shotgun Supreme!, quick shield. Hyperion: Thinking, Transmurdera, Development, Synergy, Projectile Convergence, Plasma Caster, singularity grenades. Dahl: Minigun, Sniper, bouncing betty grenades. Pangolin turtle shields. You can even kill Terra with many of these.

The other day I had a perfect coach gun dropped. It even had the sight I like (torgue). It's impressive how deathly it becomes with a Jakobs relic and a Legendary Siren mod.
I was very happy to see the Tediore plasma caster at number 2 because I did a Tediore Axton that I took all the way to Op3 and they were very powerful late game but I would have liked to see Tediore spikers/darts ( that means e-tech pistols) in the honorable mentions because if you don't have a plasma caster they are a very solid second option
A few people have mentioned my favourite ones, but I like spitters, coach gun, synergy, smig, thinking and hyperion plasma casters(not over tediore, but on par)
I farmed buttstallion for hours and the first jakobs shotgun i got is rustlers w/ a Torgue underbarrel and Hyperion grip. 1.04 mil damage per pellet and 20 of em. Got a pure jacobs doc’s quad just in case tho
I love to hear someone else representing for tediore plasma casters. Everyone talks about the Hyperion ones but those chucks are no joke and definitely make tediore my favorite
We can also add, if it has Vladof Barrel it's 90% best in Class. Like Torgue shotgun barrel. Vladof Barrel on Pistols & snipers is allways solid choice. PS: One of the most ignored Launchers are Vanquishers

Honestly though there are probably 20ish guns i could see being in anyones list here Shotguns, Quad, Bushwack, Coach, ravager, thinking Pistols, well i think anarchist is well above the rest but i van see aome using the iron ARs, really any Vladof gattling barrel other than bandit are all pretty great. Snipers, snider, rakehell, droog, muckamuck, diaub Smgs, really any plasma caster, bandit smig, most purple smgs are honestly pretty solid. Launcher, i think you were spot on with bandit and topneea

idk if someone commented this already but you got the wrong Snider. the one you showed in the vid has a Dahl barrel, which isn't as good as the one with a Maliwan barrel. They share the same name, but the matching barrel is way better

I dont understand why people swear by dahl barrel sniders. People consider dahl parts trash in any other situation so why would the snider be an exception. Id rather pick a vladof barrel variant (rakehell) for the extra firerate
It is 100% worth it, 60 FPS with all DLC and the physical copies are super affordable these days if you want to go that route. That collection also goes on sale digitally all the time
Id almost knock you for almost not mentioning gem weapons the whole video as nearly every item on this list can drop as one,but they are absolute cancer to farm and basically just a fancy skin for purple weapons.

You're not kidding with the Bandit launchers it's a must for mid-way game play through I always try and have one handy with any character!

Tbf, gemstones get 50% extra crit, so they're always worth the grind, especially the snipers and ARs.
