That punched at around 54 secs left was what did the damage. You could see his face change and started to back paddle. Then the jab to the liver got him
and before that he lands teep to the liver (1:30), a left body kick (1:13), two uppercuts(1:05) in clinch range, and he threatens the left uppercuts again which is what begins to move Opacic backwards. Then the shot you mention (0:54) is available because of all the previous damage and the worry of his right side being attacked more, it causes him to ignore that nasty right that causes the face change.
Those times represent how much time was left in the round, not when they happened in the video- whoops.

It was going into the shoulder. And than Opacic basiclly walked into the liver punch. But he will be champ one day, came back stronger and bigger because he has enourmous potencial

Great competition in One! Guto deserved that W. I like Opacic too. Hope he can recover and get the W in his next outing

@@oliwierb2224 you do not understand what a fight is. The damage on the liver was being done since the beginning of the fight, it was not one shot. But because you have no knowledge of what you’re seeing, you can’t understand and think it was a “one shot” victory.
I was impressed when the fight was suddenly over after Guto's counter liver shot. Opacic is a freaking monster and I had him as future One champion. Surely a great victory for Guto. I would list it among his top 5 best wins in kickboxing.
If it was not for the lucky punch, he would be beaten all night long :)

Rade should of had this fight, could of picked up apart with that nasty jab and keep him at bay with kicks. His jabs were so nice, guy in the blue looked outmatched then 2 nice body shots out of nowhere which are the worst pain bro lol
I met rade yesterday. He’s a very big man. He’s hands are like big rocks. I’m 6 foot and he made me look like a child 😅

Did he break a rib or something? I never expected someone like rade to not be a le to get up from a jab to the body...
It was a liver shot KO. The liver is a very large organ that is not completely protected by the rib cage. A small portion of it is exposed on the right side just under your rib cage. Striking that spot will directly trigger the vagus nerve setting off a series of signals causing your heart rate to slow and your blood pressure to drastically drop. You involuntarily crumple to get in a horizontal position to make it easier for your heart to pump vital blood-flow to your brain. Toughness and willpower have no play in this sequence. They are completely sidelined as your body switches to survival mode.
Must have its in the ribs the spin kick landed on ribs before I think the kick broke a rib for sure !

That spinning back kick landed on the ribs and probably caused an injury of some kind, and then the punch sealed the deal
It looks like that kick caught mostly arm and the heel touched the lat. I’m not saying it wouldn’t hurt, but that’s a lot of musculature to absorb the shock. It doesn’t take much force to drop someone with a laser accurate liver shot.
@@DubbNot I saw the same thing. that spinning back kick touched a lot of muscles and Rade looks well built in terms of lats. I believe the straight liver shot was simply great timing from Guto and coupled with his weight it was just a deadly blow!

Shows how one kickboxing department is still light years below Glory's KB roster. I mean guto is an average veteran in glory who got smacked around by good names and when he went to one he demolished these prospects.

He caught him while he was in mid kick w a liver shot. You cant really flex the stomach muscles mid kick on one leg. So it was either lucky or good timing by guto, im guessing luck
