Use those black vases, give it to Jordan for wedding shower, Danni !I feel down during the 2nd and 3rd weeks of November, because my late Husband's birthday, is within that 3rd. Week; then after Easter I feel drained because my Husband passed away the first week of May. Our Anniversary is on Valentine's Day. I don't do anything Special on that day, it is really depressing, Danni, so I fully understand. My Husband used to make a real Spread for every Holiday, especially Thanksgiving and Christmas. He would cook the night before and all morning; He was a self-made Chef when he was very young. ( He used to co-manage a smorgasbord restaurant, the owner was blind.).

You are not alone, Danni! With so many terrible things affecting our lives, more so in these current times, it's easy to fall into a depressed state and gloomy weather doesn't help! So, yes, I agree with you that we need to stay focused during those times and think of the good things we have in our life.
Hi Danni. We live in Scandinavia, and the days are pretty dark and cold just now. My daughter gets very down with the lack of light, and I bought her a therapy lamp, which she uses 40 minutes a day. It’s really helping her. Maybe you should try one, and see if it helps you, as well. The good thing is that we’re past the shortest days of Winter, and before we know it, it will be Spring. You say that there are lots of difficult things happening in the world, but one of the good things is that people are beginning to share their personal challenges, and help support one another. That’s so much better than what used to happen, where people kept things bottled up, to save face, and ended up thinking they were the only ones struggling. I hope you get some nice sunny days in Vegas, soon!

Hi Danni, thank you for your message. I tell myself that I am so lucky that no one is dropping bombs on me, that I live in a beautiful place, that after a year of waiting for surgery I have finally had it and am in to the physio stage, that I have a roof over my head and food in the fridge, that I am loved, etc. It helps when I am down and I tell myself that whatever it is it is not going to beat me. ❤Thanks for your message! I've been going through a crazy time in my life. It's been going on for years and it involves my kids and grandchildren. I have 2 daughters. One of them has estranged herself from me. The reason isn't clear. She forbids me to see her 2 sons.
Her sister has a daughter which I don't see either because my daughter supports her sister. The grandchildren are 13, 11 and 8. This has been going on since the oldest was a baby.
There are times when I have a tough time getting through the day. Especially during the holidays, Mother's day, my birthday or any of their birthdays. I get ptsd when I see grandparents with grandchildren.
Thank God that I have faith. I'm leaving it all in God's hands. Thank God for my sweet husband. He's isn't my daughters' father, but he cares deeply. He keeps his mouth closed many times. I wouldn't be here if it wasn't for the grace of God. Thank you for sharing your personal struggles. ❤

I’m not a reseller but I was in a bad depression around Christmas time, it finally lifted after New Years! I get the same anxiety you describe when I venture out. Take care😊
We are living in difficult times. I think the interest rates are getting better. Maybe expenses will ease up. Daily living is a struggle but we have our faith. 🙏😊

For depression and sleep I ordered a Creatrek brand Light Therapy Lamp (from A) in Nov and it has worked miracles with my depression and sleep. (I had suffered for years and I recommend it highly).

I have always had SADD disorder. Winter makes me depressed but I get as much sun as possible and get out and about.
Your not alone Danni,
I own a tea house and sometimes, I can really get down and sad during my quiet months .
I put in 15 hour day's, people don't see all my hard work but tend to judge me,
Without knowing what I put in and what I do for the community.
It makes me want to give up ! ( but ! Then I have the majority of beautiful clientele ) that lift my soul and make me realize why I love doing what I do.

I loved your video but especially your comment afterwards. I have suffered with sad for most of my life, and living in SD doesn't help.😊 I make my lists and include 5 minutes everyday to bundle up and go outside. Thanks to that, vitamin D, and God, I am surviving so that i can enjoy more winters.

My seasonal depression is in the fall. I have been that way since I can remember. It disappears as soon as Halloween is over.

As someone that came from a very negative family environment, even as an adult I can be very negative about lots of stuff BUT the thing that helps me tremendously, is going to church EVERY Sunday morning and singing praises to God and hearing a positive message from the Pastor. Without my Sunday mornings at church I would definitely struggle in my life… I hope this helps someone. :)
