My interpretation of this song is a bit crazy, but i love it. To me this song is about a guy who travel in time to help himself from the past get the girl he always loved when he was young and that he never even speaked to her. So he helps him by motivating him talk and finally kiss her. By the end of the song when they both kiss, a portal opens and sucks him at his new life. Now he lives with the love of her life. I know its crazy, but i fucking love this idea.

I was like the lyrics of the song.
I was impressed when I saw her, she stole my attention, she was so beautiful. I thought "you'd never fall in love with me". We were friends for 7 months, I loved to see her smile, she was very pretty but I wanted to hug her and kiss her, it was my dream.
After that she fell in love with me. And guess what?
She kissed me first.
In one month we'll be 4 years together...
And this is my story.

I can kind of relate. I met this smart, beautiful girl my freshman year of high school. We were friends for several months, and we both liked each other, but I was constantly in denial and eventually she kind of just stopped liking me like that. She got back with her ex, and while later, unrelatedly, she started disliking me. She ended up moving to Tennessee while we were on really bad terms.
She moved back to this general area after that summer and I saw her at the park hanging out with some friends, she saw me and was all friendly. That helped a lot, it was basically closure and helped me somewhat move on, especially because when she moved she never even gave a resolution like goodbye, she just ignored me.
Anyways, I kind of convinced myself that her boyfriend, who she was now engaged to (this was the beginning of her senior year,) was the best for her.
A couple months ago she started talking to me more and asked for some advice, because long story short her fiance was being a huge piece of shit. A week or so after they broke up I was able to hang out with her and another friend. She ended up kissing me, and that was my first kiss. It was really nice, since I'd never really gotten over her in those almost 2 years.
She still lives with her ex, which there are logical reasons for. I don't really know if she still likes me, I don't know if that's going to just be a one off type of thing, I don't know if she's gonna get back with her ex (I hope not, he completely eroded her sense of self worth from what I could tell.)
In the end, I don't know if we are meant to be together or not, and if we are I have no idea how well that would work out. I hope we are meant to be but I'll realize that such dreams aren't likely to become reality. All I can really hope for wholeheartedly is that whatever she does, will lead her to happiness.

I did tell her how I feel. She, at least a little while ago was also feeling similarly. The main problem is that she is 2 grades ahead of me, and currently is an adult and I'm a minor. We don't live in the same area anymore, it's a couple hours away. Stuff like that would make it difficult, and while I think that those are kind of just obstacles and not anything that would stop something dead in its tracks, it seemed like she thought they were, or those were her reasons for not wanting to do stuff at that time.
Since that comment she has definitely gotten back with her ex. I don't exactly like him, I mean he's fun to talk to and stuff but he can fuck off for the shit he did. I hope it works out exactly like how she wants it though, so at least she won't have to go through that kind of pain again. I don't think he'll change but I hope he does for her sake.

I was listening to this song before I went to meet a boy who I really loved and I wanted him to be mine for a long time but I thought he didnt like me. It was a year ago, now in a few days it is gonna be our first anniversary :)
Basically the same. This was the very last song I listened to then I met my baby for the first Time. He and I out about to enjoy our second anniversary together in January. This song makes me feel happy and sad. Happy for the times we have already gotten to enjoy each other with, but sad that its already passed. Very bittersweet. This song will definitely play at our wedding someday.

It's currently 3 AM and I've listened to this song maybe more than 20 times in a row after having it pop up in my recommended.
