Yo my bro, that isn’t a test pipe that is a resonator. None of this replaces the cat. It’s a catback so it’ll start at the cat meaning you will still have the cat on. Emissions will be passed.
Everything came in the box but the nuts to bolt the mid pipe to the catalytic converter were too small I had to find three 18mm nuts to fit. It's three of them you will need to install the exhaust.

Thanks for the info. I realized this when I installed the exhaust and installed the resonator pipe after the catalytic converter.
