Sir I would like to know does the temperature shows decreasing when in conventional mode or does it stop after some time...but the mode keeps working....not sure...when you were giving demo your panel had stopped in the same place so I took it that it stops...
Seems like conventional mode is only to pre heat ...does it have any more function..?

Hi, i am having 30BRC2 and i am bit confused in cake auto function... Like there are 10 cakes auto cook options from 42-52 and in which if i want to go with dark chocolate cake then hiw how should i choose the option or its standard setting for all cake like vanilla or chocolate it will choose same time for all cakes
Can I use rotisserie rod for "Combination Mode(Micro + Turn grill)". As far as I know it is not recommended to use any metal in micro mode.

Cookies
8 table spoon maida
3 table spoon crush sugar
2 table spoons coconut powder
Hafe tea spoon baking powder
Pinch of mitha soda
3 table spoon dalda ghi
Mix all ingredients
Then 2 tablespoons milk
15 min rest off
Then shape cookies
Convation mode 180 degree
15min
3 min tawa preheat
12 min baking time

Never remove the glass plate when you use the micro | all utensils set put on the glass plate ex: grill stand, baking tawa etc.

Good, but you missed out 'Convection+ Grill' option, in fact I was looking for it, how to use turn grill for Fish Tikka. As the turn grill skewer is metallic, can you confirm if it can be used in the 'Convection+ Turn Grill+ Micro' mode, contrary to general advice not to use metallic containers in microwaves. but in convection mode upper surface of cake burns while inner side remains undercooked... so i bake it at a lower temperature 120 degrees for roughly 50 to 60 mins
