In this video I show you how I spent the last 100 Days transforming my body with the goal of building muscle and burning fat. I tried to take on a body recomposition to see how much fat I could burn but also try and keep reasonable muscle. Hopefully from watching my experience with my 100 day body transformation you can learn how to build muscle and burn fat simultaneously. Cheers!

Have a great week guys! Cheers.
I’ve seen this guy go in and out of shape like five times
They’re his most popular videos so it pays well for him to get in and out of shape over and over.
I wanna see a video of him getting out of shape for 100 days.
That's the struggle mate. I've been in and out of shape that many times and I don't even make videos
Maybe challage mentality is the problem, being fit is a lifestyle change. You are what you do most often so if you go on unsustainable training and diet regime and then quit after you get the results you will go back to sitting/unhealthy eating lifestyle body.
He could plan his transformation over whole year and make living like that into a habbit.
@@Barry-Sweaty same
These guys put so much effort in their vids I really hope CZcams starts pushing their vids more so they get the recognition they deserve.
They are at 16k views and 1.6k likes. The people need to engage more.
I wonder about that. This goal guy makes really hard challenges while the other one always takes the "easy" stuff. And sometimes it looks like it wasnt even done in 30 days
That's why I prefer this goal guy. This takes a ton of motivation
@@PuppyTheTiny They are brothers! And indeed, Brendan (the guy in this video) does seem to be the harder working half!!
Cam (the other brother) has a really outgoing personality and is really friendly, but Brendan is really inspiring. It's like seeing your average Joe insisting and just keeps going so he always succeeds, he never stays this average Joe!
@@PuppyTheTiny I don't think the original poster was speaking about which guy takes on harder challenges. He's saying they need more exposure because they work hard at creating content
Whelp youtube randomly recommended me this video and now im here...dreams do come true!
He’s the Christian Bale of the CZcams fitness community. I swear he’s done this same video at least 5 times now but alas he’s back to being shredded
Roids
The only difference being that it makes sense for Bale to look emaciated in The Machinist, shredded for Batman and out of shape for American Hustle/Vice. This guy is just inconsistent and jell-o-willed.
@@tutorialslave ur forgetting he’s getting bank from these videos...
@@tutorialslave pretty rude to say that. He's an average dude trying to stay fit while being isolated, just like the rest of us
@@youraveragepasser-by7367 I don't know about rude. It comes across as a desperate plea for attention. Why can't he lock those habits in and maintain a certain physique, then move on to another noteworthy goal like the mastery of a martial art or a foreign language, or even something like pool/snooker, darts or another 'low-key' skill (I'm only referring to it as low-key since he's beyond the age of ever reaching a professional level but could obviously still progress in a manner that would be both easy to showcase on his part and to follow on ours).
Been training in garage lifting rocks doing PUSH UPS on paint cans pull UPS on beams got ripped af at 50 years old!!!
Proving it on your videos great work
I love this dude, but if he gets out of shape again I’m throwing myself off a building.
He’ll be out of shape by next week, can’t wait for another one of these videos in 6 months lol
@@ssj4rit LMAO!!!!!!!!
😂
LMAO !
This is ad isn't? Just ad for the app. Hope he got paid well.
I recommended the vids that were longer than 30days when you conducted your poll and this was awesome to see. I say got at it another 30 - 100 days... This is motivating.
Good job, love to see people’s hard-work pay off 👍
Thank you!
I see this as a sign that you upload this while I am working out.
Most definitely a sign.
Now THIS is a sign to double down and workout harder! :D
@@t.y.1737 haha, more stuff to come!
@@GoalGuys Good! But for real, your transformation is amazing and you gave me new motivation to stay consistent with my workout! So thank you so much for always motivating me and the rest of your community :)
@@GoalGuys did you say where your end weight was after 100days?
Bro you explained how to lose fat and build muscle better than most fitness guys.
Where is the progy
which makes him the fitness guy
He's had plenty of practice doing this
@@valentinofogarty9943 Exactly. All the practice and use cases. These are the people to follow.
The before and after image is the best part of the video, not so much because of the results but because the lighting is consistent and the pose is almost identical. Great job.
This has become one of the best fitness channel, can you do a posture or injury recovery episode, like knee shoulder bulletproofing
We have a posture video, but may try something about "bulletproofing" your knees or shoulders might be something we work on.
You can't be serious. Just imagine someone like Jeff Calavier/Athlean X going in and out of shape very 2-3 months. Would that qualify as a good fitness channel as well?
Don´t watch a whole lot of videos these days. So happy that I stumbled upon this one. Exactly what I am looking for here on CZcams. Great job!
Dude you look sooo much better. Great work! Keep it up and you'll hit all your dream fitness goals 👏🏻
hey well done for keeping it real, and not getting a tan, shaving your body, getting a down light!! Proves you made a great transformation
I like how you give direct information. You show all your steps, explain each step clearly.
Haven't even watched the video yet and I already know you nailed it my guy! Right on!
Can’t wait for coach Greg’s breakdown
Yeah I'd like to get his view while getting yelled at ;)
Buy his friggin' cookbook!
Same here
He trained HARDER than last time, isn't it? And without his anabolic cookbook!
If he did what coach greg says he wouldn't be in and out of shape all the time
When I saw the thumbnail I was like " He did it again, let's do this"
Mad respect on the final photos, no edits and using uniform lighting.
Sooooo sooo happy for you!!! This is such a big accomplishment!
The best part of this channel is how great the content is and it is usually around 10 or 15 minutes. Great video guys!
Holy shit man thats amazing, been watching for awhile now and seeing your progress throughout all of this time is just amazing to see.
Congrats, man. I’m really proud of you. Keep it up.
So happy to see you reach this goal!
This is the type of motivation I needed right now 🙌
I am actually doing my own 100 day journey personally. This motivated me to keep going. I am still learning on what I can eat and making sure I am not over eating which is my issue at time. Anyway, awesome video guys!
10 months later, has it payed off?
Any update
Good job bro. This is what consistent hard work does to you.
This was incredible! One of my favorite videos in the channel.
Looks pretty damn good! Continue that!
These challenges always provide that last bit of spark when I'm faltering. Great Work!
Love to hear it!!
patience and perseverance. glad you finally got the results you wanted you resilient man
Congrats! The results clearly speak for themselves. Super motivating
Thank you for not being a clickbait channel. You set realistic but challenging goal and still accomplish them. This kind of motivation is contagious!
this guy is literally going from regular to fit to regular to fit to regular to fit
Congratulations!! Way to go!!!
Great video Brendan! And amazing results! But FRIG that’s MEGA- commitment for a video! I’m impressed - you deserve a few million more views!
This was inspiring, i’ve been in and out of shape A ton recently, football season coming and going, doing get skinny quick diets like keto and this has convinced me to just really put my head down and get to work and be consistent
Congrats, man! Been following you for a while and you´re always helpful and inspiring. Nailed it!
Thanks Anderson!
That was absolutely amazing. Fantastic effort!
Woah this is incredible! Congrats on the progress
I’m he’s exact weight, body fat and have been trying to lose fat while maintaining muscle lately to so this was definitely useful for me
You can take a minimalist approach instead. Try a twice a week workout split with full ROM and high tension in every rep, in combination with a low carb high protein and high fat diet
How tall is he tho?
@@eddieneedsboost I think he’s 180 I’m 181cm
Hes gotten a bicep vein in just 10 weeks. Thats insane🤩
man I'm so so so so happy for you!! have been a subscriber for a long time and I've seen you guys doing some crazy stuff and always watched your struggles, you finally made it! that's so good :)
Congrats man! Great job with all that hard work!
Congrats on getting the 3 ring muscle ups! I know you’ve been working on those for a while
I’m not exactly sure why, but this video made me ridiculously happy. Like sitting alone in my car with a huge grin on my face and almost feel a tear swelling up happy. I can’t explain it. But I can say it’s wonderful to see what you’ve achieved! I can now feel the motivation in my bones.
Love these videos, you can tell how much effort you put into them!
Love the progress and the channel! Keep up the great work you guys! Hard work and consistency are paying off! Keep grinding.
Your transformation has fired me up. 🔥 Damn! You are amazing sir. Now, I too will work harder than last time, and to get hyped up, I will just come back to your video to see your journey again. Keep on training and making all sorts of gains. Much love. 💪🏼☯️♥️🤗☮️
Ayyy that’s awesome!
Bro u gotta do a little more searching when you shop for food. There’s tons of low calorie options for tasty foods these days.
I tend to agree
Regardless, 3 months work for those results is excellent
"Go buy greg doucette's cookbook"
@@meowtrox1234 eh I mean it’s a good option but as long as most of your diet consists of fruits, veggies, and lean protein sources, you should be good.
Incremental improvements over time is the name of the game. Great information. Thanks!
So proud of you dude. Very inspiring ❤️
Good job man! Im trying to get on track again after being lazy like 1year, trying to reach my 6pack for the first time and its always good to see this type of videos to keep the motivation higher!
Btw, how much you height?
Wasn't he the one who went with the huge Jackman diet and workout, but without any supplements and gear
Yep
Been looking forward to your workout videos ever since the Wolverine transformation. Glad you uploaded this, very inspiring!
Congratulations and kudos on doing the work!
You gotta make a video on the diet part like meals you eat and how to hit your macros
Seconded! Please do this!
That’s amazing! I always enjoy these kind of videos, becuase it’s interesting to see what other people go through. Personally the most comfortable body fat is around 12-15%, cause I’m not going after those abs and this is the spot where I can like really let go of any food restricrions, have enough enery and just have fun.
At that body fat percentage u should have abs
@@joeypickles2768 Im at 15% now and my abs are visible in a good lightning when I flex. The point was that abs don’t really matter and that you shouldn’t strive for them as some people do, because it’s just a flex.
I should add that, that’s my opinion and you can do whatever will make you happy.
Yesssss. My man. Keep up the great work!
such an underrated channel - your content is great
I don’t comment on many videos, but thanks for making this one - just what I was looking for. We have a similar body composition and I’m beginning the 75 Hard program, looking for some success stories with someone similar to me. Keep up the good work. Starting 75 Hard on June 19th. Maybe that’s your next goal?
Good luck man! Hope you crush it!
I like your channel enjoy how u present everything
Thanks!!
@@GoalGuys do you use any juice?
Plsbbe honest
i've been trying the same thing forever and it didn't work out (cardio and bulking cycles) this is so exciting that i decided to follow it, thank you man, amazing job !
Dedication level of you guys is 100/100 ✨
Any chance you’ll list out your exact routine (exercises with reps).
As well as the diet
I’ve seen this man go through so many body transformations. I wouldn’t be surprised if he got real fat for shits & giggles. Then lose it all in one week. Guy is a beast.
I have to say, your results look fantastic and they look very obtainable. Great job!
This is so motivating for me I’m at the exact same starting point you were but maybe a little less muscle to start and I’m finally committed and found a starting point for calories and macros. I also have a new workout program which has been working great. I’ll be happy if I’m anywhere near what you were able to achieve in such a short amount of time. I will see this through to the end. Can’t wait to see what I can do in 3 months
My fitness journey made me appreciate the work my parents put into feeding me delicious healthy meals.
Oh my god you really went from a normal guy's body to a body of an athlete only in 100 days!!! Wooow! It definitely required a lot of discipline and determination. Congrats, man! You did such a good job
He's still in fantastic shape to be honest even after putting on a few kgs.
He's still pretty muscular at the start of the vid. A previously untrained person would lose weight but never have that definition after 100 days. Still a great job though
Keep up the great work
Congratulations!!!! Great work
I can see it already... “but the friggin cookbook!”
He is starting to look more and more like Johnny sins man! Keep up the grind
YOU JUST SHOWED IN A VERY ACHIEVABLE WAY HOW DISCIPLINE, HARD WORK WITH A BIT OF KNOLEDGE AND GUIDANCE WORKS GREAT!
Congrats! The hard work looks like it paid off!
Dude this is the most shredded you looked ever ....goes to show what dialling nutrition and exercise can do
Thanks Matthias!
He definitely needs to go Coach Greg: that breakfast... At least 200 kcal in the banana & egg yolks. They equals 200g of egg white he could add to his regular-a** bread™ for a filling and tasty french toast!
Edit: looking tight!
Im really not a fan of Gregs diet anymore. I tried it for about a year and it worked from a pure fat loss perspective. But it had a lot of problems. Eating all those high Volume and low calorie foods really screws with your digestion. I felt bloated and had cravings way more often thann before. Also your body adjusts to the high volume and eating "normal" food for a few days doesnt really fill you up any more.
I still watch my calories and make a few compromises in my diet, but just eating healthy - many vegetables, good sources of protein (at least 60% of them vegan), good fats, etc. feels so much better. Gregs diet is so close to giving you "anxiety" because of 100cals of oil, its rediculous. I now eat around 2400 calories on my cut of healty foods (WITH LESS VOLUME) and I feel much better, fuller and my appetite has lowerd, compared to Gregs diet.
Sorry for my grammar, bad spellig, etc. English is not my first language^^
@@aljoschanoe4155 I like his approach but I agree that there's something about focusing on volume , protein and little calories doesn't keep you full as much as Gregg advertises. Maybe we misunderstood him? He promotes fiber as well. Maybe it's about eating often, but low calorie high volume foods.
@@IGarrettI I also lost quite a bit of weight on his diet but I rebounded hard and now weigh the most I ever have. His diet is great but yeah I would have to agree eating higher quality food is just going to make you feel better.
You say he needs to try something else yet what he did work so why.
Congratulations on such amazing results 🔥
Great work! Amazing results!
I'm curious how he'd do trying for that 5 minute mile time like a year or two ago now that he's much leaner. Bet a sub 6 minute mile is possible.
I’m trying to lose 80 lbs before I turn 16 which is in about 9 months.
You can do it!
You can do it
@@mauiswift6391 thank you!!
@@lovefirst6157 thanks!
You got this mate! Message us on IG if you need any help with anything or have any questions!
This was absolutely awesome. Great job.
Very impressive ! I've got the same adjustable dumbells at home and I see you lift more than me, you're my inspiration now
You seem to be showing some sick shoulder genetics, they are already round and wide at this muscular level.
What worked for me was intermittent fasting, with cardio one day and compound lifting the other. I ate normal food, but no sugar and bread.
I heard horror stories about "normal food" in the US, so I guess it's "abnormal food" for Americans.
I love these videos. They're very interesting and you guys put so much effort and time into them. Keep making these awesome videos!!!!!
Amazing!!! Congrats 💪🏻
So do you just refuse to internalize anything you learn from any of these challenges? It only takes a quarter of the effort you put in during the challenge to just stay in shape afterwards.
you turned into johnny sins?
Great job man! Keep it up
Congrats man!
If you shaved your body hair you would look absolutely shredded
He wasnt in “ bad” shape to begin with
Great work man!!!
What a fantastic result!! Consistency is key! Really enjoy you videos mate, keep up the good work! 💪🏻
He's a yo-yo dieter lol consistency.
Looks like your trainer needs a trainer...
A lot of them do
@@steveparr5586 I know at least 2 trainers that are chonkers, and maybe 24-25% bodyfat, but they used to be morbidly obese, and 45+% bodyfat. So, after losing a bunch of weight and finding a love for fitness, I can understand naturally falling into a trainer position...
But I can't believe that's the case for most of the fluffier personal trainers.
Maybe he's bulking the old way. All in.:)
Heres a tip: when trying to cut calories, eliminate wheat based foods! Bread, pasta, noodles, don't eat it! It's all heavily processed and not at all nutritional. If you want pasta, eat lentils and bean pastas, or even rice pasta! All have fewer calories and the lentils and bean pastas are loaded with protein and fiber
good tip :)
What about rice
Congrats! Amazing and inspiring results.
Great video, keep making them!
