my dogs always goes to my dads mechanic shop. so i think the grease and break dust thas on the ground is contributing to their paws being so irritated. i just thought they were being dogs, but now after watching this video i will have to be more cautious. and ofcourse the neighborhood i live in is ghetto so their could be tons of irritants on the ground.
My mini schnauzer sometimes steps on sand spires when we go walking. They stick in his paws and I have to pull them out. Ouch those things are sharp. It seems like they leave some kind of toxin behind because he licks on his feet for days after. I stepped on on with bare feet myself recently and my foot was irritated for 2 days so I know how he feels. Is there anything to relieve the sting of these nasty plants?
