You show the worst cities in the country. Those are the main cities with huge economy.
Most of the netherlands pays about 500-700 euro rent. Where some take rent for villa in a city like mine Lelystad: 1200 euro. that be 9x the size of a 1 person appartement in one of those main cities for 1000-1600 for a 1 bedroom.
You're giving wrong information. Most houses are below 800 euro rent. And for 650 my friend has a 3 story house with 5 bedrooms.
In some places you get 1800 euro a entire landmark with gianantic driveways of 30 meter long. houses of 400m2 space.
So please stop coming up with those shitty cities which dont represent the country at all. They are economic and tourism cities. They are the laughing stock of the country. Dont be promoting those insane ideals like those prices are normal. Its not normal. I pay for my 80m2 house 500 euro. 3 bedrooms. my friend has 650 euro a house 5 bedrooms. Both lelystad. not the smallest city and its a Main city of the Province as well just as amsterdam, rotterdam and utrecht are main cities. The difference is this main city isnt centered around consuming and commerce. which means house prices are 3x lower generally. So please dont claim it average prices. Those are insanity prices. 1600 euro 1 bedroom. Here 650 euro 4 bedrooms in my city most houses. and my city is about a fair average price. Consider a good 650 for rent for a family and you can live with 5 people NO ISSUE all kids 1 room and parents a master room. Surely below 700 its accessable. thats a family not 1 bedroom.
