I'm pretty happy and grateful for your tutorials :), I'm a beginner and seeing other reborning videos, I have some doubts. This first layer just apply for bountiful baby kits (that are kind of pale), because in other colors it's used the neutralizing, or we can use flesh 08 as the first layer for every baby?
