- I LIVEEE. For but a mere moment. This is my 2021 offering 1.5 years since my last video, but 2 years since my first. I've been meaning to remake Inosuke, but with a higher budget✨ (but obviously not high enough to stop making yarn wefts).
Welcome back anyone who manages to see this. Back to the channel where the only thing more inconsistent than my video lighting is my upload schedule.
I hope you lads have been well! If not, then I hope my shenanigans spark a bit of joy. I wouldn't call this a tutorial per se since I went into this with minimal planning and on a tight deadline while working full time (and also editing this for 2 weeks straight nonstop the second I had free time while spewing bs on IG that "I'll finish this on Sunday"... smh I'm so sorry I'm built like this OTL). It's more of an i-dont-know-what-im-doing-but-i-think-its-working-oh-f**k-nvm-ctrlz. Take this video with the biggest boulder of salt and learn from my mistakes (there are many) and do better than me~
Please do research on any materials you use and take all necessary precautions (wearing mask, wearing gloves, working in a well-ventilated area, etc.) because I'm just some weeb on the internet who usually has no idea what she's doing.
P.S. SEE YALL NEXT YR FOR INOSUKE 3.0 CIRCA 2022 WHEN I REMAKE THIS AGAIN (I'm 48% kidding, but really should be fully kidding. I'll get a friend to stop me from making this a yearly tradition.)

A year ago, when I made the first one, I noticed the yarn that I bought was not exactly the right color, so I decided to try and dye it with coffee. I TOOK ALL MY YARN WEFTS AND ATTEMPTED TO DYE THEM, ONLY FOR ALL OF THEM TO GET RUINED AND FOR ME TO HAVE TO MAKE ALL THE WEFTS ALL OVER AGAIN. This is why, ladies and gents, we do test stands 🙃😌
or get the yarn in the same dye lot!! it should say on the yarn wrapper!!! :D

I made version 1. And the yarn wefts were what killed me... Was making and gluing up until hour 0. Now when I make version 2 I can feel the pain all over again 😬

I don’t know if you did but I recommend heat sealing the Eva foam before painting so it’s more sealed and soaks up less paint (also love the new foam take to it❤️)

*Ive actually been using your guides! And I got a question! So I know you use yarn wefts for the mask, but I bought fur and Im completely stumped on how to put it on without any seams between patches of fabric.. do you have any ideas on how you would put fur fabric on the mask? Please send help 😔🙏
SAME, I was following guides from 1st video and gave up after watching this one.
hiii! what i did was i cut my fabric into small "wefts" and layered them in the same pattern and brushed the fur out

The only thing that could have made it cooler is if You'd figured out a way to make the nose shot out stream like he does in the show.

But what sealant did you use for the foam?
I saw you mentioned ModPodge at one point. But Plastidip is also mentioned. It didn't really seem like yours was sealed with Plastidip though.

Foam clay is a lot lighter once it's dried
