Did u use coconut oil for frying Bravetart's doughnuts?
I wish but no! We used canola oil for all to standardize the test!
@@erikathepancakeprincess That's great coz I don't plan on using coconut oil for frying either ...It is extremely expensive here in Mauritius.
Which would you say is the most like a krispy Kreme?
Perhaps NYT as the *closest* for the melt in your mouth quality but not an exact replica!
A greasy donut could mean over fermentation.
