Little me would be staring at you in complete awe, if I would’ve known about murals and stuff when I was younger in school it absolutely would have become a passion of mine but ironically I love miniatures! My city and ones around me don’t have any murals on any buildings and my schools art teacher loved miniature drawings and sculptures so she always had us doing those so I fell in love with it, I can’t draw large scale things anymore though so that sucks 😅😅😅

BTW, there's a channel (Royal Manicure) using some of your clips (& others') and passing them off as if it were their own (video titled "Nail Art Tutorial," IIRC). Agreed!! I was always artistic growing up and really loved any art form I tried. But I never pursued it because it didn’t seem “practical.” Now I’m 18 years into my career and trying to figure out how I can do a 180 in the next few years. Keep encouraging your little one! 💗

I want to get into murals so bad but have no idea where to start. Your work is lovely!
I’m happy to help 🥹🩵 what I did was start mocking up my work on blank walls, literally just blank walls in my house just to show proof of concept for more visual clients. You can also get bigger canvases or even just pieces of wood or insulation and start working in larger scale to get a feel for it:)

Hi i have a tip for you! Use a watercolor pencil to draw your mural on! Then you can just use water to wash off your lines off later instead of having to erase on the wall! Mural painting is so much fun!
When im older I'd love to paint a wall in my home town many building in the down town area have beautiful painting I remember seeing them when I was little I live far from my home town but ill hopefully get back there at some point I'd be so honored to paint a wall we visited recently and there was a new one that was made in 2017 I think it was theyre flower it was so pretty

Looks really fun! But what kind of paint do you use on a mural? Is it wall paint? Lots of acrylics? What is it?
I use wall paint typically - and it needs to be tailored to exterior/interior surface as well. I usually go for a matte sheen but it depends on what’s available as well as the overall end look preference:) hope this helps! And the website encycolorpedia helps you find paint colors that match closely to your hex codes - hope this helps! 🥰
