Awesome GOAL MARATHON PACE Workout (14 Miles Total)

- Decided to put together a little long run combined with some goal marathon pace to see just where I'm at and if this calf niggle is actually going to sideline me. I met up with Sean for this one too (company always makes marathon training more fun). We went out for 3 miles warmup, 4 miles at goal marathon pace, 1 mile recovery at the turnaround point, back into 5 miles at goal marathon pace and finished with a 1 mile cool down. Overall the pace felt awesome, but the constant calf tightness was there the whole time. At least it's not getting worse? I'm seeing a PT this week so maybe some answers soon. peace friends!
