    We‘ve always been „cat people“. But a few years ago we got our first dog. Took him to a trainer and one of the first things she teached us was: If you can‘t control him in the house you can‘t control him anywhere. So true…

    Hard to believe a boston terrier has a biting problem not easily dealt with. Its a very little dog. If it had happened to me and IF I was afraid of being bitten again, I would use a bath towel to envelop the dog and put her in a carry kennel for awhile to cool her heels and calm down. She would then be attached to me with a lead for several days when out and about in the house and brought up short for nippy, bad behaviors. When not on a lead she would be contained in a small area until grown and dependable. It is harder to deal with a german shepherd because of size, but the principal is the same. Can't trust a puppy to know how to behave. It is still an airhead bouncing from action to action with no thought.
