Thank goodness ali created his own ub40 spin off group after the original main group fucked him over then astro and Mickey left the group not long after I've always ali and astro are the soul of ub40 rip astro good man I'll miss you
UB40 was famous for doing remakes and covers of old reggae songs.This song however was a cover of a hit by British interracial group The Equals led by Eddy Grant.Sensi is the Jamaican term for sensimilla(marijuana).🎶🌿🌴

UB40 released 20 albums and only 3 of them were covers. It's a myth they are an old cover band. I suggest you look into their full back catalogue
*UB40* famous for people on CZcams claiming their biggest hits are *Bob Marley* songs when they aren't.
Get some research done, UB40 paid homage to their reggae hero's in 3 Labour of Love Albums by covering their songs.
Their name was Political Unemployment Benefit form 40, you had to sign wkly in the Job Centre to receive the benefit, Signing off Album was again referring to the Forms you signed once you got a job. I am the 1 in ten is about the dehumanisation of unemployed and poor back in late 70's/80's.
