Pesca Rooftop Kitchen and Bar in Vilano Beach is the newest member of the Resturaunt family. Pesca is located in the gorgeous new Hyatt Resort and located on the rooftop. Pesca has a coastal flare with latin and Caribbean inspired dishes and a gorgeous view. They have a delicious drinks and a fabulous brunch and Lunch menu. We ordered the the Pesca Punch and the La Pina Azul both super delicious. For our appetizer we ordered the guacamole with friend Plantains and Yucca Chips. We loved the the flavor combination of the Guacamole and the plantains. We would highly recommend trying this app. I love Brunch and one of my go to dishes usually when on the menu of course is the Huevos Rancheros. I was pleased to see that they had this dish on the Sunday Brunch Menu, crisp corn tortillas layered with eggs, beans and salsa. It was so light and delicious but yet super filling. Britt went for a Fish Sandwich which if you have watched any of our other videos Britt loves a GOOD Fish Sandwich. Our server highly recommend this as it's a popular dish. So Britt had to go for it! The piece of mahi was lightly dredged in Panko and the crisp and tangy slaw on top with the soft Brioche Bun was phenomenal. Britt said that this is his favorite fish sandwich in all of Saint Augustine. I am looking forward to coming back and trying a couple more dishes that caught my eye, so you will have to stay tuned for the next video. We can't forget about the tasty peach empanadas made in house with Carmel on top. So good, it was like eating a churro and a peach pie. Two of my favorite deserts in one tasty morsel.
