- In today's video, we wanted to try Meehan's Irish Pub & Seafood House Restaurant in St Augustine, Florida. We have been wanting to try this restaurant in downtown St. Augustine for a while now! We saw they had Rueben Rolls so we had to try those. We also ended up sharing a good burger and fries as well as an awesome dessert! The stinkin’ good item was the Irish Cream that they made in house. It was so good and worth trying. They do have a good menu with a variety of seafood and Irish items. We had an amazing waitress and all the staff was nice. As far as the price, for downtown St Augustine, we really didn’t think it was that expensive. The restaurant is in a great spot and has lots of seating for both outside and inside. The interior was really cool to see and we really enjoyed our experience. Last two times I went to St. Augustine I stayed at the St. George Inn, which you walked by right at the beginning of the video. Great location and you have two balconies looking at the Fort and the old street.

We have eaten on the balcony upstairs. In December it was pleasant.

Love them. Nothing like their Rubin sandwich. It's amazing clam chowder is great. Clams are very good. Enjoy it! U should try the food at Casablanca. Only open for bkfst and lunch and martinis are to die for. Right next door! We stay there often. Beautiful BnB

@@thealtemlifeCasablanca is a B&B too I think. Our favorite B&B is Westcott’s. Stay for a Sunday breakfast french toast to die for. They are pricey but every good BB is pricey downtown.

We have never eaten there, we usually stay at the beach and don't leave that area but I think we're driving down for Christmas this year, so we'll check it out! I'm a Reuben girl and have an Irish cream coffee every night before bedtime, I think we'll like it 😄

you at at the same high top table we did a few weeks ago at Meehans we usually sit outside because we bring the dogs, try the Tini Martini bar next time

I was wondering when you were getting to St A. When you opened, I was surprised because I used to work in the Birkenstock store over your right shoulder. O'Malley's was off to your right and around the corner you could try Mojo's BBQ on Cordova. I would also suggest, if I may, Pizza Time for Pizza, but across the street (St George St.) Pizzalley for Italian food.

@@thealtemlife from that location, you would have to go to the other side to go in the door for the Birks, there's a couple nice shops in that little courtyard. Nice coffee shop, and in the afternoon, the hotel has live music.
Looked better and cheaper than Ford's.
We would say this one is better since it’s more unique and right in the heart of St. Augustine!
